Monthly Rentals in Rio Grande, Middle Township

Let me say this Airbnb was phenomenal from communication with the host to the stay. I would totally recommend this Airbnb for any couple that wants to visit cape may or wildwood both are not a far drive with tons to do. Teresa did a great job communicating and hosting this Airbnb. I liked the upstairs the most about this Airbnb however nothing else was bad. Thank you again for letting us stay plan to come back at a future date hopefully this upcoming beach season.

Jack and Christina took very good care of me and answered any questions I had very fast. the place was beautiful and easy to get to surrounding areas all within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice private location, while still near all local attractions in Cape May. House was very clean and detail oriented. Host provided excellent communication and check in and check out instructions. Would recommend!

Debbie’s place was nothing short of magical! The highlight was definitely the garden oasis. The landscaping was magnificent and at night, you can hear nothing but cicadas and it felt like you were somewhere else. There was plenty to do outside including the fire pit, two tables for dining, beach chairs for lounging about, water hoses to rinse off sand, the list goes on and on. We took our dog with us and he was obsessed with the well-manicured grass and we felt safe because it was completely fenced in. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sunroom was a second highlight! We could lay there all day and watch TV or read. We mainly chose this listing because it was a quick drive (around 15min) to Wildwood Beach. It was also close to groceries (Walmart was a short drive). It has everything a couple or big family would need and Debbie was quick to respond to anything we needed!
