We had a wonderful vacation. The house and the communication with Roland and Rali were very friendly and we felt really welcome. You really rarely experience so much hospitality. The house is very nice and we already miss the stove. The area is charming, a perfect family vacation. We will remember the days very fondly. Many thanks to Roland and Ralitza. You couldn't ask for better hosts!!!

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

The hosts were nice, the place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. A big plus is the dishwasher for me. I have nothing to complain about, it matched the photos.

An absolutely wonderful place to relax. The sunrises are simply spectacular and the house is super nicely decorated. A place where you immediately feel comfortable and forget everyday life. In addition, a very accommodating and simply warm host. All around great.

Our vacation was just great! The house was beautiful, well equipped and in a very nice location. The service was first-class – always friendly, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Special thanks and greetings to Katharina's parents. The communal barbecue was a nice communal exchange. Without asking, we received an extra room due to our group size. Thus, everyone had their own bed and some privacy. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The combination of comfort, service and the beautiful surroundings made this vacation a very nice experience. A clear recommendation, also as a group!

We were a family of 9 (7 children). This was exactly what we were looking for, a cozy cottage in the middle of beatiful Austria, not too far from Vienna (about an hour). Larissa was VERY communicative, responding quickly and in detail to our questions, and giving recommendations for what to do. The house is very well equipped and well stocked, and meticulously clean. The outdoor space is nice and peaceful, with a trampoline and a hammock and a bunch of bikes as well. Be aware that in the winter, the house is heated by fires in the fireplace that the guest build (wood and fire starter is provided)
