Very nice hosting, clean and new house!

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for 7 people. It was a ski trip, and most of the ski slopes were within 50 minutes, including St Anton, Sholden, and Ishigle. A large grocery store is 5 minutes away by car, so everything can be procured. It is a relatively remote area and there is a house high, so you have to have a car. It had almost everything. However, there was no shampoo, toothpaste, or soap.

Everyone was totally impressed by the place and we are already considering coming back next year. Stylish decor, plenty of space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was all the equipment you could wish for. We are very satisfied! *****

It was really nice, everything was clean and the house was filled with everything we needed to cook.

Very clean house. The furnishings are mostly outdated but we felt very comfortable. Ideal for a large group as there are many rooms and almost every room there is a sink as well as a bathroom on each floor. There were a lot of rules to follow, but they were ok for us!

Secret tip! As a solo traveler, I immediately loved the spacious, super clean and practically furnished apartment. Hot tub with mountain views, that's unbeatable! Two TVs, sweets and welcome liquors. The location at the top of the mountain is quiet but not too remote, and you can get to all the beautiful areas in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. Daniela is an impressive, very open and kind personality! I'd love to come back!

We quickly felt at home. Even if it's just a small room on the 2nd floor with integrated small kitchenette and dining table with two chairs, the space was sufficient for two people. The room and the bathroom accessible via the hallway were very clean at check-in. The mattress as well as the topper and bed linens were in extremely good and clean condition. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities (dishes, 1x small pan, 1x large cooking pot, 1x small cooking pot, coffee maker incl. pads, oil / vinegar / salt and pepper, cloth and sponge incl. detergent, Zewa). The balcony directly adjacent to the room was also nice and equipped with a small table with two chairs. From there, in good weather, you could even see the Zugspitze. The almost continuous rainy and cold weather surprised us a bit and made our plans a bit more difficult, but we were still able to do some nice activities.

We had a great stay in Sautens. The location is great, an easy drive to all sorts of things to do and shopping. Very walkable to necessities as well as the walking/bike path to other towns. Apartment was very clean and comfortable! One thing to note is that the ceiling height in the kitchen is lower, my husband is 6’3” (190cm) and had to duck a little while helping me cook and do dishes :)

This is an outstanding place! It is clean, comfortable, quiet with a private garden with an amazing Mountain View. Petra is a great host, we felt like family and would come back again, it was an excellent value, I highly recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but we found everything so great that we will definitely repeat it.

We stayed with 6 people and the host was amazing. Just south of Newschwanstein Castle. The other castle ruins are just down the road. Easy travel to attractions all around. We had kids age 5-young adult with us. It accommodated up to 11. The house was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need ok the kitchen and bedding, including cribs and changing tables if you had a baby. Even had a play area out back for the littles. Close to anything you might want for food or groceries but quiet and peaceful. Host was amazing and wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. We will book again.

We had a fantastic week in the Ötztal! The place was perfect for our group of 4 friends for skiing. By car, Sölden, Kühtai and Gurgl are quickly accessible, so we could explore a new ski resort every day. The apartment was clean, cozy and well equipped – ideal for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful, warm and cozy. Kitchen worked well and the beds were extremely comfortable.

We felt very comfortable with our two children and the dog. Two playgrounds are right around the corner and other excursion destinations with children easily accessible. The accommodation was very clean, homely and has everything necessary for everyday life. Our dog also felt very comfortable, as the forest and meadows were right around the corner. Thank you for the wonderful time :-)

Very nice and cozy place. it's very spacious and very well cleaned. Lisa was active and answers quickly. Tannheim is a lovely place for winter sports.

I'll never forget the two months I spent at Evi & Heinrich's place in Silz. The bahnhof is a five minute walk and I visited 14 ski areas without needing a car. I could have visited even more! The house surpassed my expectations. Everything looks very modern and new. The kitchen is particularly nice. The hosts live upstairs, but you have total privacy. Evi & Heinrich used to run a hotel in Sölden for many years, so they are hospitality professionals. They even found out it was my birthday and left me a six pack of my favorite beer which they discovered through my recyclables! It wasn't a very good winter in the Alps, but I had one of the best times of my life basing out of this very quiet flat in Silz.

After a wonderful experience last year we visited the apartment for the second time. The flat is very clean, modern and cosy furnished and very well equipped. We felt there as at home. It is in a quiet and nice surroundings, located in the good distance to numerous ski resorts. The owner is friendly, supportive and nice. We enjoyed the whole stay and would definitely come again.

The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos. It is very spacious and in the best location. Supermarket and bus stop of the ski bus are only a 2-minute walk away. We had a very good time. The apartment is highly recommended.
