Vacation rentals in Red Wing

Our group of 6 adults absolutely loved staying here over Christmas week while visiting family in the area. The house is beautiful, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The area is very safe and you can't beat a lake view, even in winter. We found just about everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated there was lots of space to cook and store food. There were quite a few things to clean before heading out, but we spread it out over the night before we left and morning of, no big deal since we had lots of helpers. We played a couple rounds of cornhole in the garage, which was so fun! We would definitely stay here again!!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! I noticed when we pulled up to the home that the exterior was pristine and neatly maintained. There were so many cozy corners. The decor is charming and well done. There are a lot of “extras” that make relaxing easier to do. We would love to come back some day…just to stay here.

Amazing views, great natural light, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and Adirondack chairs on the sandy shoreline watching the wildlife. Super close to Lake City and Frontenac State Park and just a short drive to Red Wing-this is a great spot for exploring the towns, taking a hike or just relaxing at this beautiful spot and home.

It had everything we needed for our trip, and the attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The host was communicative and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! We loved the layout of the house and the view of Lake Pepin at sunset. We had just the right amount of rooms and space for my son’s families and myself. The fireplaces were an added benefit which we truly enjoyed. Although we came down with the flu we all enjoyed the time spent there together. Thank you Sandy and Eric for sharing your house with us. It is a very special place.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

Black Swan properties are amazing and Becky is an incredible host. Everything is as described and was perfect, and our family of five enjoyed every aspect of our visit. You won't find better accomodations in the Rochester area.
