We felt very comfortable at Katharina. Our time with her and our visit to Leipzig was above our expectations. Katharina was always available for questions and gave us good tips for the beautiful city of Leipzig and the surrounding area. Our communication was straightforward, interesting and friendly. A beautiful experience I don't want to miss. The appartment is so nice and quiet, well insulated. Sandra and Tobi not only offered me a place to stay, but a home. Maximum care, I am inspired. Thank you especially for the mattress topper and the beautiful hours together. Breakfast on the terrace with lake view, what more could you ask for?

We had a lovely stay at Patrick's apartment. There was nothing missing and our daughter was very happy about the extensive toys and explored them enthusiastically. The location on Lake Hainer is unique and the immediate lake access with a cozy terrace and the view from the bedroom are second to none! A cozy gem, so you can quickly leave the big city hustle and bustle behind.

We had a wonderful stay! Our travel plans changed last minute, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating, quickly updating the lock combination for us without any hassle. When we initially had trouble getting the heat to work, they responded immediately and even brought portable heaters—though in the end, we didn’t need them. The apartment is stocked with so many useful items—coffee filters, detergent, plenty of bathroom essentials, and even a straightening iron. But the absolute highlight was the beautiful decor. You can tell that the place was furnished with real love and attention to detail, perfectly capturing the style of the time period. From the plate clock above the kitchen door to the heavy wool blanket in the sitting room, every little touch felt intentional. The lamps, chests, dishes—simply amazing! A truly special place. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment for the whole family

Lovely flat very well situated for the city centre. Tram only 150 meters away. You are in the city centre in about 20 minutes. Despite being so close to the main road, the flat was very peaceful and quiet. Supermarket and take away/restaurants nearby. The supermarket is open until 22:00hrs and is well stocked. The flat was very clean. We traveled from the UK by car and parking is available outside. It has a lovely balcony which would be lovely in the summer. We would definitely stay again.

Felix contacted us before check-in with extensive information on arrival, etc., and was always easily accessible for questions.
