Monthly Rentals in Ranish

We loved staying in this very comfortable house with spectacular wrap-around views over islands, with mountains in the distance. We stayed over Christmas and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which was well supplied with utensils and appliances. The house was warm and welcoming to come back to after wintry walks. It was close to Stornoway for shopping and to Callanish and other splendid places for great walks, whatever the weather. I am sure it would be even more splendid in summer when you could enjoy the deck and sun room. We’d love to come back!

Marion was such a wonderful host! She was responsive and friendly and was so helpful in answering all our various questions. Her place was unbelievably cozy, homey, and near all the places we wanted to visit. It was a perfect stay! We would definitely come back again!

Wow!! Heather cottage is located in a beautiful peaceful village on the island and we are so glad we stayed here. Being familiar with the island already, we travelled with our dog and newborn baby to attend a family funeral but despite the reason for a trip we made the most of our stay and made some wonderful memories here as a young family. It is so homely, pristine clean, not far from a gorgeous loch next to crossbost church which is a lovely walk. Kathryn is a wonderful host and communicated very well with us. I highly recommend this beautiful home to explore one of the most beautiful places in the world and we would gladly stay here again in a heartbeat. 🤍🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

We had a great stay at Jim’s place. Excellent, responsive host, beautiful townhouse and a great hub for exploring the island. Place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay.
