Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ramsgate

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway. It felt like home from home, perfect location for all things Whitstable no car needed. Plenty of space on the property and of the weather had been warmer we’d have taken full advantage of the garden. We’ll visit again and thank you Shaa for a great stay!

We stayed with Hayley and Tim for a couple of nights to attend a funeral. Hayley was so welcoming and sensitive making sure that we had everything we needed and recommended places to eat, which was especially useful as we arrived late. She even helped us out with some last minute print outs, which was amazing. The house was spotless, yet comfortable and welcoming and had everything that we could need. There was parking, which took our large car - this was particularly helpful as it was quite busy when we arrived. The property is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which was fantastic. To be honest, I don’t think you could ask for more from a host and I would recommend Hayley to anyone.

I had a lovely time at the cottage with family. It is very well located for walking to nearby restaurants, shops, pubs, the harbour and beach. I booked this place very last minute (same day booking) and Tim was very helpful in getting the place ready quickly. He also provided lots of helpful instructions about the cottage and even offered a late checkout. Parking is a bit tricky outside due to lots of cars parked on the road, but we were able to park on a neighbouring street which was fine. The cottage was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we liked the feature of the attic room and cinema chairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

Krista is a very responsive and helpful host and her house was comfortable, clean and extremely conveniently located- approx 50m walk from the coast path, and about the same distance in the other direction from the high street (Harbour Street) with its interesting shops and some great restaurants. Great sea view from the lounge and nice en-suites with good showers to the two bedrooms. The house’s parking space is a real bonus too. Although it was late January and “bracing” outside, we did a couple of very enjoyable early morning walks along the coast path from the house, stopping for a coffee in town or at Keith’s. It’s an interesting coast line with lots of history. Public transport is close by in Harbour Street and buses to Canterbury and beyond are frequent even in Winter. We had evening dinner at the Lazy Lobster and Harbour Street tapas both of which we found really good. We also had a nice lunch at the characterful Old Neptune pub on the beach about 15 mins walk away.

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Perfect studio flat in the best location

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Mark's apartment. The views are just incredible, amazing spot to watch the sunset! Location perfect, would 100% stay again, hopefully next time it will be a bit warmer and we can take advantage of the fabulous terrace! Mark was a really great host, we spoke on arrival and he always responded quickly. Can't recommend this apartment enough! Its perfect 🫶

Fantastic girls weekend at a superb location. We stayed in the basement flat which was large, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our stay. Love that we could have brought the dogs (good to know for next time). Food recommendations were spot on, and location couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Host was commutative, and responsive, and our welcome pack was such a wonderful added extra. We’re currently discussing now amongst ourselves when our next stay will be!

A beautiful flat, everything we needed…. Though we thought there was going to be a coffee machine but there wasn’t. Otherwise everything else was great, comfy and warm and lovely location

The Coastal Soal is nothing short of amazing, spacious modern apartment with all the amenities you need, impeccably clean and furnished with some amazing decor that adds to the peacefulness, calmness and tranquility. Comes with an unbelievably comfortable bed and very well sized bathroom. Very detailed house booklet to assist in helping you find your way around the apartment and its amenities. The pictures really do not do it justice and it has to be seen to be really appreciated. Mins from some of the local coastlines most stunning walks, and plenty of high standard restaurants and bars nearby. Cannot rate this apartment high enough, simply stunning 🥇

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

We had a fantastic stay at Karim's place! The location on Broadstairs High Street was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the train station. The space was clean and well-equipped, with an infant cot and high chair provided, which made traveling with our baby so much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Me and my boyfriend had a great stay at the apartment. The place is just like the pictures, well equipped with everything you need, really nicely decorated and very cosy for a winter break. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens, you felt like it was home away from home and perfect for a night in which we had on one of the nights. The location is ideal, close enough to walk everywhere and very quiet which is a nice change for someone who lives in the city. The hosts were great, quick responses to any messages and proactive with sharing clear instructions for check-in and check out. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Margate and I would happily re-book myself if visiting again. Thanks for a lovely stay! :)
