Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Ramsgate

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

The cottage is gorgeous. Cosy, comfy and perfect for a countryside get away. Sandwich is very beautiful, full of interesting buildings and the road is very central but quiet and peaceful. Easy to walk everywhere and our host provided useful information on local dog walks/ places to eat/parking etc. We had a perfect NYE thank you!

This stay in Whitstable couldn’t have been better- we were very comfortable in this lovely cottage which had everything we needed and was in a superbly convenient location. Would definitely recommend it and stay again ourselves.

We stayed at The Nook and had a great time. It’s a beautiful home, very well equipped and Catherine was a really helpful host. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We were lucky with the weather and had a lovely walk to the two beaches. Would recommend. Many thanks Catherine.

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

lovely home very comfortable with all home comforts. Beds & furniture clean lovely crisp white linen & towels. Home was warm with central heating & we enjoyed lighting log burner in evenings. Dogs loved the beach & their stay. thank you.

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

Cute place, very close to the train station and the seaside. City Center is about 15mins away, but other than that we had a great time! :)

Great central location but quiet street. 5-10 min walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Free on street parking outside. Excellent flat, as described and friendly helpful host. Hope it’s available next time we come to Margate!

We had a lovely few days stay in Richard’s flat. Perfect quiet beach location with a nice 15 min walk along the promenade into Margate. Really well equipped especially for families with kids- cot, highchair provided and games a plenty for the older children. We can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you!

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Great stay. The accommodation is very close to bus stop for the Thanet Loop. This bus travels around Thanet and is regular.

This cosy flat was a great place to stay for our New Year get away in Whitstable. So close to the beach and the town and harbour. The flat had everything we needed and was so comfortable and warm. Being above the fantastic Windy Corner Stores Cafe was a bonus. Delicious breakfasts and coffees. Though we didn’t meet our hosts communication was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The apartment is beautiful, cosy and very spacious, I really enjoyed my stay there. It's a great location for exploring Margate and Broadstairs. There is a bunch of great coffee shops on the next street along with plenty of food shops and a great yoga studio. Would happily stay again when visiting Margate!

We had a lovely stay at Appledown. The bungalow was clean and well-equipped. It should be very convenient for anyone with mobility difficulties. The views are magnificent - mainly open countryside and trees - and it's also only 20 minutes across the fields from the beach at Kingsdown via public footpaths. Comms were all good and check in very easy.

We spent a lovely Christmas here and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect, endless sea views and plenty of places to walk to with the dogs. The apartments are well stocked with everything needed to cook a beautiful Christmas dinner and Anthony even provided us with lovely Christmas trees. It felt like a home away from home. Anthony kindly let us check-in early and check-out late which helped us truly relax. This was our second time staying and won’t be our last!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We had a wonderfully cosy and comfortable stay at Linda’s house over Christmas. She gave us a great welcome, showing us around and leaving us a bundle of goodies. The house is spacious, homely and peaceful with lovely sea views from pretty much every room, and we appreciated the Christmas decorations. The hot tub made our trip, so nice after a blustery beach walk. Really enjoyed getting to know Sandgate and nearby Folkestone, lots of nice pubs, cafes and shops and interesting redevelopment of the harbour area. Would love to go back and stay in the house in the summer.
