Waterfront vacation rentals in Quintana Roo

Our stay at Paloma’s place was glorious! There is so much beauty surrounding the apt with long stretches of beach and much solitude. The apartment is really lovely and roomy. You can see the ocean from every room and the views are absolutely SPECTACULAR. Kitchen is well sorted and had everything we needed. Beds are incredibly comfortable and all linens are well appointed. Paloma has thought of everything and is super responsive, kind and helpful. I wish we’d gotten to meet! The only somewhat minor challenge is that the elevator was not in service and we had to walk 3 steep flights with heavy luggage. We managed, but it's something to be aware of. Also, the building has some construction but this was not at all bothersome or interruptive to our enjoyment of the amazing place. I highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kerstin's place. It is very comfortable with creative, colorful and fun art. The Mexican tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms made it very authentic and special. The beach in front is wonderful, very relaxing and felt almost like our own private beach.The ocean right in front is easy to get into and out of the water. Views are outstanding. Snorkeling in front was pretty much nonexistent because the ocean was pretty rough while we were there but we drove to Yal Ku lagoon for fabulous snorkeling. You definitely need a car but it's a short 5 minute drive to Akumal for lots of nice restaurants. Be sure to check out the grocery delivery before you arrive so you don't have to go to the store right away for supplies. Ask Kerstin. My only disappointment was the kitchen didn't have very good amenities for cooking (no sharp knives or basic food items, salt, etc) but we managed and went out for dinner most of our nights. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing and spacious appartment with cool pool on the roof. The location was really central, but still quiet. You have everything within walking distance. We recommend the restaurants on 38th street down towards the beach - cozy atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this appartment if you are going to Playa del Carmen

Just amazing. The location of the flat is fantastic and everything is within walking distance. It's clean, safe and easy to find. But Victor is a standout, he was so incredibly responsive and helpful. I arrived to Cancun in the middle of the night and he was available at all hours to help with meeting my driver and getting to the apartment. Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

Great location, super quiet and relaxing. The bed was SO comfortable! Can’t wait to come back.

This was a perfect base of operations for my scuba diving trip, only a few minutes walk from the piers and local eateries in town. I never needed a taxi. The host provided a big water cooler (you can't drink tap water on Cozumel) as well as some sunscreen in case you needed it. It's adjacent to the cruise terminal and the navy station, so it feels very safe. I would certainly stay there again.

It's one of the stays we've enjoyed the most. The house has everything the listing shows and from the start we felt right at home. It's wonderful to open the door and have the beach right there, like backyard. In the refri there is food delivery recommendation but we decided to go out and we found a place very close where you eat rich; it's called El Angélito. We also went a couple of times to another restaurant we saw on Google and they have delicious fried fish. His name is Sayachaltun and is highly recommended. Regarding Charly, he is one of the best hosts. He is always attentive and really friendly and approachable. We will definitely be back home.

This was the first time we had stayed off resort, and we absolutely LOVED it! Short walk to the beach - which felt like our very own! We never had to worry about getting there to save our spot! She helped us with car rental so everything was seamless! She checked in on us periodically just to make sure we were OK and answered any questions we had right away! By the time we left I felt like we were good friends! We will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Paola!!!

We had the most amazing time staying at Carolina's beautiful villa on the sea. We traveled with 7 dear old friends to celebrate New Year's Eve and my 50th birthday. Carolina and her team were very responsive and friendly. She even delivered a gorgeous bottle of Tequila Reposado on my birthday! The house is very light and airy and exactly as described and pictured. The snorkeling off the patio area with pool is incredible. Everyone was comfortable and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend hiring the chef! We can't wait to come back.

This place was amazing. We loved that it was right on the lagoon, a close walk to the center of the Hotel Zone, and the privacy one in the property was great. There is a plaza right in front of the property that offered multiple dining options and a gas station nearby too. The location was great for walking, and for further areas, Robin was able to provide us with a great contact for rides. The house was unique in that the lower and upper level were connected via a staircase outside, but we didn't use the downstairs so it wasn't an issue for us. The kitchen was perfect size for cooking and the primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed many nights on the screened in porch and enjoyed our days by the pool and lagoon. This place would be the perfect size for our family of 8. Robin was very responsive once we arrived and helpful when we had questions. I would recommend this place as we felt safe, things were convenient, and the whole place was very peaceful and private.

This was our 3rd trip to Holbox, but first ABnB and first time on the eastern side. The house was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, everything easy to find and use. The host contacted us daily to see if we needed anything. We loved the plunge pool and the location was perfect, in that we could walk to things easily or arrange a taxi when we wanted one. All the rooms were well kept, the beds were comfortable, the views spectacular, couldn't ask for anything else.

This was our second trip to Sylvia’s gorgeous home in Isla Mujeres. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back. Thank you ❤️

This was an extremely beautiful place in a beautiful location. The place is in the center of it all and easy to get to anywhere in town. The place is in the center of it all but yet you’ll feel like you’re in a private surrounding. The house is beautiful with everything you would need to have a great experience. We went with family and had a great experience with the place and location.

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

Gary has a beautiful condominium. That is worth every penny we paid. Excellent location, beautiful view and a nice infinity pool. I would definitely recommend if your going to Cozumel stay at Garys

What a fantastic apartment. It was spotless, quiet, well-equipped and had a beautiful balcony with sea view. It was without doubt the best Airbnb apartment I’ve ever stayed in, and thank you Michael for letting us share your lovely home.

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

We had an amazing stay! Great location, easy to walk to the beach, restaurants ect. The view every morning was gorgeous and fun to sit out on the balcony. AC worked great along with everything else. We had a couple of small issues and they sent someone over within 15 minutes. Great customer service. Same with filling up our water jug. It was replaced so fast. Highly recommend booking here. We will be back Thank you for a wonderful stay
