An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Anas place was perfect for our family! The special touches with the water on nightstands and products in the bathroom were super nice! Ana was very easy to get in touch with and helped with whatever we needed during our stay!

Absolutely perfect. And soooo helpful. We accidentally left an item there and they did all they could to retrieve it. Absolutely amazing service and hospitality. Hope to come again next time in town.

Sarah was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was so helpful. The grounds and apartment were very clean and someone was always there during the day if you needed anything. I recommend renting the bikes vs walking the beach to town, much faster and pretty enjoyable. Most of the bikes also had baskets which came in handy for transporting groceries back to our place. We did find ourselves biking back after dark and were pleasantly surprised to find that our bikes also had lights. Not all of them did, so be sure to try to make sure you have one if you plan to bike back after dark because there is not much light in some places. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Had a nice stay at this apartment! Huge porch nestled in the trees and apt in a quiet part of town. One of the king bedrooms had a small window opening up to the public hallway without any blinds, but otherwise a good stay. Loved the rooftop pool lounge area

We recommend Claudia's apartment if you visit Playa del Carmen. Very well located in a private neighborhood and everything is close to drivable distance. We enjoyed the pool and ability to walk to get delicious food.

Super good for the price, the attention, the size, the air conditioning, it was well worth it. The residential is very nice, and the vdd Aarón is always very attentive, I would answer my questions as soon as possible, I give it a 10.

We really like Nadia's place, so far the best host we've ever had, a lot of attention from her part and I was always on the lookout ! The pool and the place like the photos ! Great place to stay! Easily walkable from the ferry, but still nice and quiet at night.

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

Great location, walking distance for Tulum Central. Large supermarket across the road, lots of food options nearby. Check-in was seamless, Mariana met us in the foyer on arrival to show us around the building. Room was exactly as expected, Mariana even provided drinking water in the fridge on arrival. Beautiful pool overlooking the jungle, even has poolside bar serving drinks & snacks most evenings. Mariana was very helpful, provided various recommendations for food/tours/bike hires/cenotes/beach clubs. Highly recommend!
