We had a fantastic stay at Mariano's s place! The apartment was impeccably clean, brand new, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We were one block from 5th street which was fun!! Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, beaches, coffee shops, wine bars, and grocery stores. The apartment lobby had an on site person to allow guests in, which made us feel safe. Mariano was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations, making our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely STUNNING place. We truly felt like we were in the middle of the jungle (surrounded by birds and wildlife) and yet somehow we were also steps away from the beach and several incredible restaurants. We took the ADO bus from the airport to the playa del carmen bus station, so we never had to rent a car or even take a taxi throughout our entire stay. We're already thinking of coming back in the future!

Excellent place: safe, cute, comfortable, central, clean beach and amazing common areas. Very friendly and warm staff… Close to everything, the shopping center the island (the imports of Cancun is located in front) A tip: reserve transportation from the airport to the previous apartment as they do not enter Uber to pick up from the airport to the city x Federal Law. But if you can go from the condominium to the airport in Uber…

This is great place with very good location and very useful amenities. Ana Paula was a great host providing local recommendations and being very responsive. Martha the housekeeper was also very friendly and willing to help from getting a cab or providing recommendations in Cozumel. I stayed with my family including one child and would stay again during my return to Cozumel.

Our stay with Martha was fantastic. Martha was very responsive and friendly, she also spoke good English. The place was as described. The kitchen was perfect for making meals, the beds were comfortable, there was hot water but water pressure was very low but this is common in Mexico & hard to avoid due to the type of water. We were supplied with a large bottle of drinking water and it was easy and cheap to purchase more through Martha and the cafe downstairs. The beds were comfortable. Its very walkable, you can get anywhere from here, many restaurants, Amstad spanish school, and our favorite spot Hemmingways where you can simply buy a drink and can use the pier, showers etc and jump in the water. A short taxi ride to the MoneyBar which has some amazing snorkelling. We extended our stay and so Martha arranged for the apartment to have a clean and some fresh towels etc. Martha also offered a complimentary laundry for us which was super appreciated. Don't hesitate to book!

This is a solid spot that is a little bigger than you would think, especially the outdoor balcony area. Good kitchen for cooking, with purified drinking water on tap. A washer & dryer always a plus. Two pool areas along with kayaks, oars & life preservers for the beach that can be seen from your view. The main public beach is beautiful & walking distance just to your left when you exit onto the shore. For kids, they have the local surf lessons right at Ana’s beach spot basically, which our kid loved. There’s a close boat rental company in the marina area just outside the unit across from the entrance of the school. The general marina area is great with dolphins, manatees & a seal, along with good eats & shops, as we did a lot of walking. Driving distance to Akumal, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, etc. Ana was a great host and offered to let us stay a bit longer to accommodate our flight time, was extremely communicable & friendly. Overall, a great spot with a great host.

Absolutely perfect. And soooo helpful. We accidentally left an item there and they did all they could to retrieve it. Absolutely amazing service and hospitality. Hope to come again next time in town.

The apartment was amazing. Very well equipped and very clean. The spectacular facilities. It is in an area quite accessible to everything, Oxxo, Walmart, Restaurants, Plaza, 5th Avenue very close. All within a few minutes walk. The pool was very nice. And the very fast service and service. I would totally come back.

Sarah was extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived early and they were able to accommodate an early check-in, which was so helpful. The grounds and apartment were very clean and someone was always there during the day if you needed anything. I recommend renting the bikes vs walking the beach to town, much faster and pretty enjoyable. Most of the bikes also had baskets which came in handy for transporting groceries back to our place. We did find ourselves biking back after dark and were pleasantly surprised to find that our bikes also had lights. Not all of them did, so be sure to try to make sure you have one if you plan to bike back after dark because there is not much light in some places. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

I have stayed at multiple Terreo Studio properties and it is the ONLY airbnbs I stay at in Tulum. Their team's customer service is second to none and I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you appreciate a beautiful artsy environment with the most incredible interior design look no further. I could sit here and relax all day just enjoying the stunning space. It's truly a dream! I extended my trip several times (January in Tulum can be like that lol) and they were so cool and understanding. I usually come to relax but this trip was about enjoying the music and festivals which by the way is a PERFECT location for. It's verrry quiet though so when you want to unwind and relax you absolutely can. La Veleta is a very special locals neighborhood. Kinda hipster with amazing restaurants, cafes and shopping. Very walkable. Easy taxi ride to hotel zone. Nice location to get to Tulum airport too. I have visited Tulum more than 30 times. This is the top airbnbs I recommend. Enjoy!!

Excellent price-benefit ratio, it is inside Bahía Principe where there is also the country club of Tulum and the only PGA golf course in Latin America, carts that transport you at no cost to a soft beach without stone. The apartment is very well equipped, nice to rest, comfortable. You also have at your disposal the car with a driver (Andrés), who was very nice and gave us good recommendations as for Restaurants (The good life and Jungle Fish were the best, the last with the fresh fishing of the same day to choose what to eat - 🦞 good sized lobsters). The availability of the car and the driver allowed us to choose the best times to go to the Tulum - Mystica archaeological site and another day to Playa del Carmen. Excellent place that complements it very well with the service of the car with driver for 7 hours a day. Communication with Pedro is friendly and effective. We hired the transfer recommended by Pedro and it was good to arrive directly.

We had a wonderful stay at Carla’s. The building was very nice, clean, well looked after. The unit itself was excellent! Spacious and a lovely balcony with screen doors. The rooftop pool was so nice. Includes outdoor shower and bathroom. Carla and her team were excellent. We had a problem with our flights and they were responsive and helpful. We had a few questions and always received quick, helpful answers. Great area! Short walk to everything you want/need. Quiet Neighbourhood. Great stay!

Quite comfortable and spacious. It was clean and very very neat. And the location is central to get around with ease by car. In general the stay was excellent, the only detail is that the bathroom that serves two of the rooms does not have a good drain and is easily covered, I consider that it has that problem frequently, since in the instructions of the host, they indicate not throwing paper on the toilet because it could be covered. Outside, the stay was excellent and comfortable.

if you don't expect too much, it's a great place to stay, unwound and enjoy a laid-back life. Few minutes walk to the grand plaza mall where you can get groceries. At front mall, you can ride R2 for 12 peso via nichupte and hotel zone to visit Playa and Las Isla Mall. To return back is other side of road where you drop off. Cooperativa R6 for 10 peso rides you going to crucero and can visit local mexican Mercado 23. Bus R44 for 12 peso takes you to Las America's Plaza which is one of biggest mall in Cancun. Have a nice stay and enjoy your trip!
