Townhome vacation rentals in Quintana Roo

Maria's place was great. I would recommend renting a car since must of the activities are a bit far out. there is a Oxxo and a pharmacy across the street. There is also a Domino's and McDonald's a block away. Overall my family and I enjoyed out stay for the holiday and Maria was very responsive. Make sure to communicate with Maria for accurate location of the house. She was quick to respond.

This is a very beautiful townhouse. The second bedroom with full bath has a keyed entrance by the front door to the main house, which made it a little awkward to access, so my boyfriend and I ended up never using it, but it would be great for someone traveling with another couple or children to have their own space. It was hard to locate silverware. Grocery service provided was a nice touch. The pool on the patio was also really nice. The bed was a bit firm, but I like that so it was fine. The shower water doesn't get very hot, just warm. The actual resort is not included for use at all without purchase of a day pass, and the food and drinks that you can get with the pass are mediocre unfortunately. Do not lose the wristband they give you for the day pass or you have to pay $180 additional. There is a trolley that drives you around to different parts of the resort, which was nice. Staying here felt secluded, private, and quiet. That can be great at times, but I wish there were more amenities included. We ended up ordering pizza the last day because we were starving and did't want to pay for the day pass just to eat a luke warm buffet.

Une pure pépite ! Nous avons séjourné 1 mois dans l’appartement de Rachel avec mon mari et nos 2 enfants et tout était parfait, la propreté des lieux, les équipements, la literie, la communication sur place avec Christina, les petites attentions pour que chacun passe un excellent séjour. L’appartement se trouve dans une résidence privée arborée avec une belle piscine où il fait bon vivre et discuter avec les voisins. Il y a un dépanneur ouvert 24/24 juste à côté, très pratique. De bons restaurants, bars et une épicerie sont accessibles à quelques minutes à pieds ! Je recommande vivement ce logement et j’espère que nous reviendrons bientôt :) merci pour tout !

This was undoubtedly my most pleasant, carefree and comfortable stay in an Airbnb to date... our host Roxi was incredibly helpful and gave us detailed instructions before our arrival at the airport on how to arrive at our place, and was available all the while to help us with directions as we made our way to the house. The house itself was immaculately clean and very cozy; specifically I loved the comfortable bed, the very cozy feel of the kitchen and living room, the beautiful tapestry art, the easy access to the pool, and the friendly neighbors. Also, the A/C was amazing to have! Our host helped us with everything from renting bikes, finding the best beaches, cenotes and restaurants/bars to go out to enjoy ourselves, even helped us get our covid tests done before our flight! What more could we ask for? I would highly recommend this place and this host to anyone looking to enjoy a carefree stay in a beautiful and comfortable house in the center of Tulum.

Todo muy bien, solo necesitas coche para moverte al centro, y para mi caso no recomendaría que fueran en plan de fiesta xD sin embargo para algo más relajado o familiar está súper

Family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. Location can't be beat. Three bedrooms/3 bathrooms was fabulous! Plus lots of common space. Overall complex was quiet. Marian was incredibly responsive and flexible. Parking was easy and secure.

Elena's place was very comfortable for our group of 3. The location inside the Tulum Country Club was very quiet and private. Surprisingly walking to the beach was only a half hour but there is also shuttles available from the nearby resort. Elena was a responsive host and able to address any questions we had promptly. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a place that is more secluded and relaxing that staying in Tulun or Puerto Aventuras.

This was such an amazing experience! This Airbnb is in a group of condos that open up to a beautiful yard & pool area, walk down a small set of stairs to the beach. There are available beach chairs and umbrellas to use as well! We loved having three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom attached. The kitchen was well stocked and 5 gal jug of drinkable water attached to the fridge for safe water and ice, if you run out, only 60 pesos to get another one at the security gate! The host, Roberto, was very communicative and helpful! He assisted with all of our questions and his sister and he even cooked & served us a delicious meal on our last day that was very affordable! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Airbnb! Alicia was very communicative in the app and had many helpful suggestions, even calling me when I was having trouble getting ahold of the transportation service she suggested, which was very affordable and safe, BTW. We would choose this place over & over!

In a really awesome part of Tulum.. whole complex is safe and monitored 24/7. Pool space was really awesome to hangout, everything super clean and tidy. Will definitely book again.

Excelente atención desde la reservación y en la llegada. La ubicación está estupenda, cerca del parque, supermercado, Oxxo y demás. Lo único que me pareció un tanto incómodo es poner la cadena cada vez que salía y entraba para estacionar :( fuera de eso estuvo todo perfecto!!!

We felt right at home & spend the most beautiful 5 days at Casa Selva. There were restaurants and little shops 10-15 walking minutes away. It’s a very peaceful and chill place to stay - perfect for a family getaway. The rooms were just as shown in the pictures! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Belíssima surpresa a hospedagem no imóvel da Sandy! A casa é linda, com dois bons quartos, cozinha completa e todos os demais itens residenciais a disposição, entre outros atrativos. Eletrodomésticos modernos e em perfeito estado. Residência muito aconchegante e tranquila. O imóvel fica dentro do condomínio TAO que, por sua vez, está inserido num Country Club e ambos, são impecáveis. Muita área verde, campo de golf, piscinas e demais comodidades. Toda a recepção foi muito educada, do início ao fim da estadia. Destaque também para o admistrador Darren que foi sempre solícito e presente. Na região existem diversas praias maravilhosas e a localização é perfeita (entre Tulum e Playa Del Carmen). Realmente, vale a estadia! Obrigado Sandy, pela acolhida e todos os cuidados para nos receber!!

This house truly has a magical soul. You are right on the water. The waves, the breeze, the birds, the stars all inhabit the house. We came here to relax and to see birds. We swam with beautiful fish and saw two octopus from our own little water garden. At night we slept with the doors open and had a view of the Big Dipper. We loved taking trips to the beach towns along the coast. The area is safe and friendly and easy to explore. The house is so beautifully designed and decorated. Everything is pristine, clean and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking. Everything is open and airy. Aida and her husband met us at the house. They left us supplies and gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and shop. Don’t hesitate to book this very special home. It is centrally located to many places to explore but we found ourselves wanting to have a lot of “do nothing” days because of how comfortable the house is.

El lugar estuvo de lujo. a pesar de que nos tocó mal clima pudimos disfrutar gracias las instalaciones del lugar... Los detalles en limpieza y decoración dan una bienvenida genial como si de un hotel 5 estrellas se tratara. Todo estuvo genial.

Absolutely excellent villa. Great jungle location. Spotless, modern interior. 5 minute drive to the beach. Restaurant on site serves breakfast and is open until 10PM. Great value for your money.

Fui de vacaciones en familia y los cuartos son perfectos para familias grandes la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien y sentirse como en casa

Tolle Unterkunft, ausreichend Platz und sehr komfortabel. Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und ständig erreichbar. Das einzige (kleine) negative am Aufenthalt waren die längeren Wartezeiten am Security Checkpoint. Dafür kann der Hauseigentümer aber nichts. 😉

La maison est située dans une communauté tranquille, la piscine, la terrasse, l’appart, super, on a adoré. Et c’est à 10 pesos en collectivo de la plage de Puerto Morelos, un bus qui passe régulièrement.
