Waterfront vacation rentals in Quezon City

I felt homey the moment I entered the unit. It smells good too. What I really loved is you can sight see the city lights and the view of the sky you can see through the window, It was so amazing. The only slight problem I had was its distance to MOA (not walkable), but overall, the unit was good and I will definitely book next time.

Great place

over all it's clean but you can see some few tiny cockroaches which is normal as per other residents. its a cozy place to stay feels like home and the owner is very responsive to your queries. there will be few additional charges if you take more than 25 days like the internet, water and electric bill (still waiting for our additional charges i hope it wont be that high) but discount was already applied since we took more than 25 days. also if your itineraries are just around the corner its very accessible to all just expect traffic especially during rush hours.

Aside from the place itself—which, by the way, was really nice—I got pretty attached to the couch. Slept like a baby on it and quickly realized it was the perfect spot to crash.

'Twas the yellow☺️ on bedroom picture that made me choose the place plus it's only on the 15th floor. Unit is as exact as all its advertised description. & hugely glad to have seen the yellow💛 upon arrival. Check in has been smooth, host responsive, place secured, staff friendly, atmosphere homely. Place worth staying.

We had an enjoyable time there. The house was clean but make sure to care and clean all the things you use. You have your own space for cooking which I found quite nice and could also invite some guests over. You also have a TV for some entertainment or have a karaoke machine and connect it with your TV to have a videoke. For your convince you need your own car to get in and out of the subdivision quickly. Other than that was the experience great.

Melissa's place is beautiful. The location gave us a great view. The house was clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Melissa herself was a great host. Although we did not get the chance to meet her in person, she immediately communicated with me and was very responsive to my queries. The only disappointment was that it was advertised as pet-friendly but there were conditions governing bringing of pets that, to me, were not really pet friendly. Although I understand why there are such conditions, it made us decide not to bring our dogs as we felt it would be unfair to the dogs.

Marie's condo was tidy and very comfortable for our family. We were nearby to a lively neighbourhood with many convenient amenities and it was generally easy to visit the locations we were interested in. Marie was very friendly and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The in-unit washer/dryer was so useful, and the view was pretty cool! Thank you Marie!

Stayed for 8 nights til we fly back home. Quick to respond and hes was so kind to accommodate our requests. Place is superb! Location is perfect! Will definitely come back! Cheers!

We've stayed for few days and we've enjoyed our stay as the unit was clean, exceptionally comfy bed and it had everything we needed, a kitchen to prepare our light meals all utensils that we need were available the location was perfect for where I needed to be and to SM mall. There are convenient stores and restaurants too right outside the building. The ease of checking in was nice and the host is quick to respond on messages and easy to deal with.

I am thankful to Sir Rian for many reasons. He was very responsive and his place even had some toiletries for us. I also enjoyed the pool view, very relaxing. I was able to also cook for my husband because everything is complete. Location-wise, we liked it. Everything is perfectly working. I was also able to wash our clothes hence, saved for laundry costs. I also accidentally broke a treasured bowl from his mother yet they considered. I am sorry for that and grateful as well for their understanding. Overall, it was a great place to stay in. I highly recommend. We plan to rebook at Sir Rian’s place whenever we visit Manila. We are very satisfied. Thank you and God bless.

We had a great time at Mike's place! The property matched the photos and description; the unit had all the listed amenities. It's in a good location for those who have appointments at SLEC, as it's less than a five-minute walk away. It's also right beside Robinsons Manila, so you have various options for dining and leisure. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff was friendly, and there is security 24/7. What we loved the most was the amazing view! The hosts were kind and responsive. We will surely stay here again.

Loved staying here! Host was very accommodating and helpful. The unit was really clean! Even though there were cockroaches in the hallway, there were none inside the unit. Good towels that are actually fit for purpose, instead of other towels that are soft but non-drying. Good views and convenient location, just down the road from SM Sta Mesa, supermarkets and restaurants! Also easy to catch Grab, or jeep and tricycle as they are right outside the building. Definitely recommend this unit :)

The place is a very strategic location if you have an appointment in US Embassy as it is only 5min walk hust across roxas blvd

Sir Brix was a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were super detailed, very smooth and flexible. The place was very clean and well stocked.. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again!
