Only negative…no hot water! Apparently, this is okay and expected and acceptable to most Filipino (as I’ve traveled The Philippines) but American, European and most any foreign travelers will require hot water and consider this a major disappointment. I’d highly recommend getting hot water to maintain high Airbnb score!

By far, the best Airbnb experience ever! Very proactive host(s), very willing to literally go the extra mile, above & beyond their scope of responsibilities as hosts. They treat you as if you are family. Even after our stay at their unit, they helped us transition to our next destination. I dont think their service will be outdone anytime in the future. Very respectful, kind, and considerate of their customers. If this review seems more centric towards the hosts rather than the place, rightfully so deserving of such recognition, it was my intent. My family and i was very impressed and amazed. I cant thank you enough for the exceptional service they have provided. Will definitely book them again in the future. Very strongly recommended!

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

We've booked the place so we don't need to travel far during the LANY concert yesterday (October 12,2024) at the Philippine Arena. The place is clean and the host is accommodating. Thank you ma'am Kath! Until our next stay.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

This place was an absolute gem! 🌟 The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around, but honestly, I could have just stayed on the balcony the whole time! Being on the 47th floor, the sea view was stunning—you could watch ships go by for hours. And the sunset? Pure magic. 🌅 The house is safe, I left my things without being worried ever. The host was amazing—always accommodating, super responsive, and even provided free drinking water and great local tips. He even helped me with few things personal. It really made the stay extra special. If I ever get the chance, I’d love to come back again! Highly recommend! 👍✨

It was a great experience having a staycation with Jonathan place. The host was very responsive and accommodating with all our request especially with the last call request in revision of the guest. The place is 100% superd wonderful and clean. Easy access to the pool area, lounge and rooftop. On behalf of my Family, thank you for making our Christmas wonderful and memorable.
