Monthly Rentals in Quepos

We spent our spring break in this Villa. It is within walking distance of many great restaurants and shops. It is not within walking distance of the beach- which requires a taxi or public bus ride down a long, super steep hill. We loved having strong AC in each room and a washer and dryer during our stay! The markets near the rental were super expensive, so it’s best to stock up before arriving. The cleaning service is available- you just have to coordinate it with the concierge. They were super thorough and I wish I had used it more often. We enjoyed the pool as well! It was a comfortable spot that was safe and relaxing. It is a short 10 minute bus ride to Manuel Antonio National Park.

very nice and spacious apartment, everything was really clean, you can wash your clothes here, beautiful balcony with a sea view. Nice owners, clear communication.

Lovely, peaceful place with lovely surroundings. If you don’t mind being a little outside of town this apartment is perfect. We felt relaxed the whole time and were able to enjoy our evenings having a glass of wine on the balcony. There is also a nice common pool which is great for a dip on a hot day. If you are travelling for a few weeks like we were, there is also a washing machine where you can do some laundry. We loved having this option. All in all great!

We really had a great time staying at Linda’s place. She was a great host, providing us with tips and letting us check out late. We also enjoyed the wildlife around the pool.
