As other reviewers already point out, Maria is a helpful, attentive, and proactive host - you will be well looked after! While the apartment is not centrally located, it is well connected. You can explore most of Las Palmas using one of the nearby buses. The apartment itself was as described and was a good fit for two people. The WiFi speed was ~30Mbit/s which should be sufficient for your work / entertainment needs. If I had to point out a small negative, you will be able to hear the neighbors, but that was only a small, occasional nuisance. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay!
