The House Next Door

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Podere Piagge Reggello is located near Reggello, officially nominated the "olive oil town". It is completely immersed in the countryside, in a scenery of both classical Tuscan views like olive tree fields and vineyards, and surprising and wilder landscapes like woods and cliffs. The park surrounding the house counts many olive trees and a beautiful 10x6 m (40x16 ft) swimming pool you can enjoy from end of May to late September. The overall surroundings are simply an invitation to relax!
