Monthly Rentals in Puhi

We stayed here for 8 nights in March. The condo was easy to find even the dark since our flight got in late. It is only about a 10 minute drive from the airport. After hours check in was easy enough. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in the condo and there are a couple propane grills a short walk up at the pool area. As far as location, it is walking distance to a beach and a few shops and restaurants and only a short drive to lots of other attractions. It is about half way between the Waimea canyon and the Princeville area which worked great for us since we wanted to explore the island. The beach gear and cooler were nice to have too... Much handier than having to go rent all of that. Sara was also very responsive and helped us make the most of our stay. We would definitely stay in here again.

We had a great stay at Kent's place! There were 4 adults and 1 child. The access to air conditioning was great and better than most places that we looked at. We have previously stayed in Princeville and an area just north of Lihue on our previous visits and we found this location to be pretty great in terms of access to food (walking or 5 minute drive) and access to our activities (Waimea Canyon, Port Allen for Napali Coast trip, Kauai backcountry for tubing). Kent was very responsive and proactive in each portion of our stay at his place and you would be lucky to find this place available so we recommend booking it now.

Bob's place was absolutely perfect for our needs. Our kids had such a wonderful time in Kauai, and this condo was the perfect jumping off place for us. It is exactly how Bob described and his guide and recommendations were very welcome. Definitely recommend!

As other reviews have mentioned, this location is ideal as a homebase for taking in all that Kauai has to offer. It was an easy drive to the canyon on the west, Hanalei on the north, but our favorite spots were really close by in Kapa'a, Poipu, and just down the street. We loved the local beach and had two great meals at Duke's. We got coffee every morning from Jammin' Banana's and ice cream twice from Skinny Mike's. The pool was great with beautiful views and we took advantage of the free pickle ball (just ask at the desk). While we prefer to rent houses over condos, this one was as cozy and picturesque as it could be for having balconies right near the parking lot. The unit is so well-stocked -- guidebooks, beach gear, dishes, towels, shampoo, even a junk drawer that came in really handy when we needed safety pins. Angie was prompt with all communication. The only negative was how loud the upstairs neighbors' walking was starting at 5am :( Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you!
