We arrived and the whole cabin cool with the AC working very well. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Spacious kitchen, equipped (even dishwasher has). Various TVs, all with internet and Netflix and DGO installed. Wifi working perfectly. Clear instructions for using the internet and TVs in writing in notes next to them. Good location, peaceful. I will be back in the future!

Brigith is an excellent host. Clear communication and was always pending to answer our concerns and needs that arose. Alejandro, the person in charge of receiving us, a very friendly person, who kept the house with a good cleanliness and very attentive to help in everything we need to know about the house. The very quiet area. Close to the sea, where you can walk without any danger. Recommended for those looking for a place quiet, safe, clean, comfortable and close to the sea. We will return. 😁

A comfortable place with a wonderful view, a quiet place to spend time with family.

The large windows overlooking the yard were beautiful, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Even with the curtains drawn, our room remained bright during the daytime.

This place and these hosts are all magical. From the beautiful greenery, flowers, critters like birds and iguanas, to the sound of the beach wave and feel of sand under your feet, all the way to the neighbors, new friends, and taxi drivers (especially Roberto who provides great service from airports) - there are many reasons to stay at Ronda with Lydia and her husband, Nelson. It feels like a gift to enjoy the reliable and beautiful suite along with the shared property amenities. Everything feels alive, even the fruits and vegetables here are more vibrant in flavor, fragrance, taste and quality. This location, rental, and the hosts are all lovely and pleasant. Taking long walks on the beach here and joining in local festivities uplift the spirit. Via Whatsap you can contact most businesses and restaurants in the area and the hosts are very active on it too. Feeling grateful to have enjoyed a stay here and would definitely hope to be back for even longer. ¡Muchas gracias!

The apartment is great, a terrace with very nice views. Yasir, as a host is excellent, provides all the facilities you may need, also right there, they have a restaurant that makes some very delicious menus! Recommended.

Favorite place to stay in Montanita

I stayed here for three months and wish it could have been longer! The home is luxurious and perfect for remote working: you have an ocean view from your bed, fast internet that can handle multiple people on video calls, a full kitchen, and a private beach entrance. The location is amazing: a 5 minute walk from the center of town, but just far enough that you never hear any of the town noise. Andrea was an excellent host: she addressed every question that came up and quickly became a friend. And Ayampe is a paradise. I can't wait to visit again.

A great place, good for a quiet family vacation.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps away from the ocean with breathtaking views. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We opted to have someone helping us daily with breakfast and lunch. Can’t wait to come back— highly recommended!

This stay was an excellent choice, we had a few days of quiet beach with a wonderful view at the foot of the sea, the apartment is nice and comfortable, Robert and Hyacinth are unbeatable hosts, during our stay they were always aware that we were really comfortable, thank you very much for everything, we will definitely be back!!!

Highly recommended everything. Mary's attention is excellent, concerned that the stay is the best you have. The place and the perfect house if you are looking for comfort and being a little away from the noise of downtown Montaña. She recommends you to a lady who works with her in case you need to be cooked and not having to leave the house. Mrs. Maria was great and delicious cuisine.

From start to end, Sarah and Carolina were incredibly communicative and helpful. The building was gated and safe. Every interaction we had on the premises was positive. Fellow guests were great, but it was easy to also be private. The pool was a wonderful bonus, clean, communal and fun. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. From a romantic couple to an entire family, Sarah's place (Casa Stayton) exceeded any expectations we could have had. It was also incredibly well provisioned, with spare toilet paper and towels, wonderful games for our family, little things like instant coffee for our first morning. We cooked at least one meal every day and it was wonderful having everything we could have needed right at our fingertips. It is clear that Sarah and Carolina understand the needs of traveling families. When our son skinned his knee there were multiple band-aid options and disinfectant, and our son was also the envy of all the kids on the beach with the best boogie board!

The place it's beyond your wildest dreams.... extremely worthy.

we absolutely loved the house. Especially the main house and the surroundings are far better than the photos suggest. The tranquility is unique and you have the whole beach to yourselves. There was mistly a nice Wind from the ocean to keep us cool enough at night. Holguin the guard, and his family, were incredibly nice, and cleaned every day, which we appreciated a lot. We would come again any time. Thank you.

Nice place to get away from hustle and bustle

The area of the house and the beach is beautiful. It is ideal if you are going with children because the citadel has a park and is super safe.

I really liked the place , everything was very comfortable and welcoming. Pierina is very organized so it helps you anticipate the issue of having whoever helps you in cleaning and preparing food. You also have the help of the guard for anything you might need

A wonderful place, the combination of nature with the sea are spectacular. We went as a family and we all enjoyed the facilities, the peace and quiet of the place. The owners of the place are some amazing people. And the local administrators to say, since we arrived, they welcomed us with super energy, they were attentive to anything we needed. We had coffee prepared in the morning. Rating 1000/10000 Secure we'll be back 😊

It's beautiful, if you want to get away from the city and a quiet and clean beach is a great place.
