The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

We had a great time in this residence, absolute tranquility. Swimming pool and garden always clean and kept in order. Staff and maintenance are always available for any unexpected events. Added value is the private beach accessible with 400 steps. Feasible even by my 3-year-old daughter. We'll definitely be back!

Simona, Valentina, and her adorable son are wonderful hosts! The apartment is situated in a great location for visiting Tropea, Pizzo, Capo Vaticano and more. We were greeted with smiles and joy just lovely all around. Simona left us Prosecco, fruits from her garden, coffee and more. We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Anna place was perfect for our family of 6. 2 min walk to the beach, beautiful beach and great food. The roof top patio was perfect for sun sets and a peace drink at the end of the night. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

Great stay. Private location with gated parking for the car on the premise. Quiet and spacious with large yard very near the old city. Dog friendly is a super plus. Easy to communicate with the host. Matched the description and pictures. Overall clean and very comfortable. The place is technically outside the ZTL but there is a was drive to the place and you cannot avoid the the ZTL if it is active, so get instructions on how to drive to the place and avoid the ZTL. We'd stay here again if in Tropea.

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. I can’t thank Pasquale enough for making our stay in Tropea superb. The location of the house could not get better, 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the city centre. Pasquale was extremely accommodating to our enquiries, always available for any questions we had. We will definitely come back. Thank you again for everything Pasquale.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for three days and we had a very good time, new apartment clean and well furnished, large and closed garage with practical access. Downtown is within walking distance. For the various beaches of Tropea and its surroundings we always took the car, but being off season, we didn't have any major problems. Great value for money.

We stayed at Armando's place for a night while visiting Tropea. Armando was very friendly and helpful from the moment we booked the airbnb to our day of check out. Check in was very flexible, as we were driving and were unsure of arrival time. The airbnb is walking distance from the beach, restaurant and shops. Such a beautiful area. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Unit was accurately described on line and was very clean. Location as described also.. very close to grocery stores and 10 minutes to center. No matter where you stay in Tropea getting to the beach requires either steep hill or many stairs (approx. 100-300 depending on where you choose the route to get there) In front of Guiseppe place it is a hill no stairs. We had been to Tropea before so were aware of this. Guiseppe lives within the complex so was always readily available to answer any questions. We loved our stay there and will return.

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

This was our first trip to this area and we hope to return. The location of Angelo’s place was an excellent base to explore the area. We enjoyed the beach below and did some snorkelling with lots of fish. We did not require much from Angelo while there but when we did he responded promptly and was very friendly. We would highly recommend Angelo’s place!

Marinas place was just what we needed for our time in Tropea. It had a secure place for us to park our car, beautiful views and comfortable bed. It’s ideal location makes it walkable to the town center, in about 10 minutes we were by all the shops and restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular. We loved the outdoor space of Marina’s home to relax, read and enjoy the sun. Marina is a fantastic host, helping us find our way to her place, giving local restaurant recommendations and responded quickly to our questions. We felt well taken care of by her! We look forward to returning 🤗

It's a beautiful place nicely decorated and located in the old town some 10 minutes away from the beach with sea views You could not find a better place to stay in Pizzo.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

The apartment is exactly as described and as pictured. The location is mega! Right in the middle of the center of the city, just a few meters away from the large piazza, where all ice cream parlors and restaurants are. Of course, you also get some hustle and bustle from the alleys, but that also makes the Italian flair, in my opinion. The view from the balcony is unique! Stefania is a great host, always responded very quickly and is happy to help with questions. She even organized an airport transfer for me and recommended a driver. I highly recommend her and the apartment! The only small minus point: the Wi-Fi was weak - writing/receiving messages went well but watching or streaming videos was not possible. But it wasn't a problem for me as I had enough mobile data.

New apartment in great location, pleasant hosts! Within 5 minutes via stairs on a Caribbean dream beach, deserted, at least in September. Great terrace with sea and stream Boli views, daily sunset. Supermarkets nearby, car required. Also to Pizzo you should only drive by car. Beach bars were already closed in September, everything was very peaceful and quiet. Great clean sea with high temperatures, beach unfortunately heavily plastic littered

Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment midway between Tropea and Pizzo, with private parking. It’s a great base to explore that beautiful region. And the host was super kind and helpful. I would stay there again!

Great apartment in beautiful Tropea. Good amenities and clean For 4 people, the size fits. With 6 people it gets quite tight. The beach and town are within walking distance. We, a family of 4, enjoyed our vacation very much. Antonio was not on site himself, but communication worked out great.

After a long trip we arrived in the apartment. First impression was top! Spacious and clean! Garden/terrace really gives an addition to the cottage. We had problems with the stove a day later. The host offered us another apartment where all the facilities were present and working. Christina was always responsive! Super host!!
