We had a wonderful time at Marina's beautiful house! The children all absolutely loved the pool, and we have everything we needed in the house for living comfortably. The views are spectacular! And with Lucca only a short drive away we were spoiled for choice with things to do. Marina and Paulo were very friendly and helpful, with local recommendations and booking restaurants etc. It's definitely a holiday we'll remember and I would 100% recommend staying here! Grazie mille!!

The house was lovely and in a great location for walking (25 minutes) or cycling into Lucca. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The garden and swimming pool were really lovely and clearly well cared for. Giovanna was an excellent host. She spoke very good English and was helpful and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The place was better than we thought and the view was excellent there at the top of the clouds. all the furniture and everything in the accommodation is antiq and a really nice country house from before. Letizia and Loredana were very helpful and informed us about everything. We felt right at home from the beginning and grilled every night. Cleanliness was top. Dishes, towels, linens ... Insects outside were only a small drawback, which is normal almost everywhere in the summer, but we also got a spray and igniter from Letizia spray and detonators against it. In general, it was a nice pleasant stay for us and we recommend it to everyone.

The house is in a fantastic location! The view of the valley is fantastic. It's very quiet and you can switch off super well, enjoy the pool and the insane property! It is very clean! Maria Grazia and Claudio are wonderful warm people. If you need them, they are immediately available for help and advice. You feel right at home! The pool is sensationally good and has given us great pleasure and good cooling. Our dogs also loved themselves there and felt comfortable! Pisa, Florence and also the sea are very easily accessible and definitely worth a day trip! A beautiful spot and we'll be back for sure! A big thank you to Maria Grazia and Claudio

Federica is present but always discreetly,available to give advice whenever you need it. The accommodation is on its own property but it does not feel like it because it remains very secluded,it is totally independent. The property is very large, it has a remarkable garden with free chickens, 3 beautiful cats that occasionally pass by for a few cuddles. We really appreciated the area and the feeling of being far from the chaos despite being very close to everything : downtown,station,promenade and market. What not to be underestimated is the importance of having the parking space inside the property,the house has everything you may need and even more, the spaces are great,we had a really good time and it would be nice to go back!

We stayed at Claudia’s apartment for three weeks with our two dogs and had an absolutely wonderful time. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, set in a peaceful, hilly neighborhood surrounded by olive trees with stunning views. The pool and garden, complete with outdoor seating and a hammock, were highlights, as well as the easy access to beaches by car. Claudia is hands down one of the most generous and supportive hosts I’ve ever met - always responsive and making sure both we and our dogs felt completely at home. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend this place 100%! @Claudia: thanks so much for having us and we hope to see you again soon!

We stayed a week at Umberto's house, his daughter Alessandra was very kind,caring and super helpful!! We felt right at home. The house exactly matches the description, with a breathtaking view of the Apuan garden comfortable, very nice and sheltered, there is great wifi. I thank Alessandra infinitely who during our stay went out of her way to give us advice on what to visit, where to buy typical Garfagnana products and restaurants. Leonardo, Barbara and Frost(our four-legged friend) thank you infinitely for the nice week spent with you !! We'll definitely be back 😘

I highly recommend this apartment! Perfect location, very convenient to reach the sea. The house is really very nice and well-kept, we stayed a week and we had a great time, it really has everything you need!

We felt absolutely comfortable. The place is exactly as described, well equipped and clean, fanatic view of the valley, nice quiet neighborhood. You should definitely eat in the village at least once - great atmosphere and friendly staff. Check-in went smoothly and super friendly, everything in the apartment works great and nothing is missing. Only the bed will be a little uncomfortable after 2 weeks and the water pressure in the shower could be better (as most of the time in Italy), but you can also live with that if the rest is right. We would always come back and recommend the apartment to anyone!

We only stayed 2 nights at Lucca Comics 2024. Great location. In Silvia's little house there is really everything you need for your stay, from the kitchen, to the bedrooms and bathroom. Silvia is a great host, helpful and very kind.

Our stay at this property was exceptional, thanks to the wonderful and kind hosts, Andrea, Monica, Ernesto, and their family, who made us feel like part of their family. The spacious house and serene surroundings provided a perfect escape. We spent countless hours enjoying the beautiful BBQ and pool area, with stunning views that made every moment special. The kitchen was a delight—very well equipped, with beautiful tableware and kitchenware that made us feel right at home. We had fun using the BBQ often, especially in the lovely outdoor seating area. The hosts went above and beyond, Ernesto made a ramp for my son rightaway, even if we did not ask him to. Very thoughtful of them. Even surprising us with the best apple cake we’ve ever had for our son’s birthday and sharing their delicious homemade pizza. So kind and generous people. We truly got more than we paid for and can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire family for being the best hosts ever! All the best to you guys!

The villa was very clean cozy spacious and tradional. Kids enjoyed the pool and evenings up at the traditional italian restaurant that had been recommended by anna maria .we found the local shop very convient and had the basics we required .we got to see the sheep come past with their bells which we all thoughly enjoyed. we found the cobbled streets and the sorounding areas beautiful . We had a trip to the devils bridge which was listed as one of the places to visit in Anna Maria folder .we all really enjoyed our stay here.

Everything was perfect about our stay. David was a great communicator. His home is beautiful and quiet . We felt very much at home and my husband and I would love to return to see more of Lucca and do some cooking It was amazing to have the entire floor. I wish we could have stayer longer.

Carla's house is beautiful,finished. The owner was very kind and accommodated our requests. He welcomed us with a great aperitif. We were all pleasantly amazed and satisfied. We couldn't have expected better. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carla!

Great location, walking distances to ski hire and local shops and ski schools, as well as the beginner slopes. Also a short walk from a local restaurant and ski pass ticket office.

We had 10 days family holydays in Casa Marta, Pascoso - close to the nature and far from the noise of civilization, exactly what we were looking for. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and we could contact M. Fausto whenever needed. Thank you for this great time!

The experience in the apartment rented by Andrea was fantastic from every point of view. Cleanliness, tidiness, hospitality, and clarity of information. The apartment was just as pictured, no unexpected surprises. Andrea was a very perfect host since he provided us with a lot of useful information to make the most of the day of booking. He welcomed us at the door and made us find something for breakfast and lunch in case we arrived late and couldn't shop. The night before we left, we had a mishap with my car and our landlord was kind enough to meet us and recover us and give us useful tips to better resolve the issue. If I had to go back to Lucca next year I would definitely go there. Highly recommended without a doubt.

A great small rooftop apartment in the walls of Lucca. Great location, nice locals style cafe next door and walkable to all the other restaurants and cafes and shops in Lucca. Great view from the rooftop and areas to sit and enjoy the weather, great thing about being on the tip floor is the view and it makes the many stairs to the top worth it. Limited paid Street parking in the street next to the apartment 3 euros per hour. (we had no problem finding a space but it was off season) or larger parking areas outside the walls with day rates of around 10 euros per day or parking lots around 10 mins walk. Apartment is very well equipped in the kitchen but is compact. Perfect for 2 people or 3 if you don't mind being cosy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to enjoy all Lucca has to offer

This house is beautiful. It was quiet, peaceful, adjacent to a stream. We could walk a short distance to a wedding at a nearby villa. Restaurants nearby were really good. Our host was so helpful and patient to help us find our way there (in spite of our poor navigation skills). Douwe Jan went above and beyond ! We had a wonderful stay!!
