Great location, very clean and nice apartment

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Gloria's place! It was the perfect fit for our group of 11, with a quiet location and easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it a breeze to cook up pasta and enjoy it al fresco with stunning sea views.

The house is equipped with everything and more. In addition to the classic accessories present in many (but not all) the accommodations (hairdryer, iron, clothesline, kitchen accessories...) here is the world... hair straightener, immersion blender, thermal bag for the sea, food containers, insect sting stick, Xbox😲... Every time we needed something, it was there! The house was super clean, the garden was wonderful with a hammock to enjoy the evenings in the cool. The fully equipped barbecue area. And last but not least, everything you need for the beach: umbrella, lounge chairs, beach towels. There are not many shops, but there is everything you need and within walking distance, including an ice cream shop and a restaurant that's not bad. The sea is not very close but easily reachable in a few minutes by car (free parking not difficult to find) or with electric bikes made available. Mauro and Vladimira were two delightful people, present but discreet. I will definitely be back

Amazing stay and an amazing host. In Rome someone broke in our car, and David was trying to help us find a car glass repair service in italian as almost noone speaks english. The very spacious, and amazing/as described. The garden is huge, chill, and you can even hear some animals from the neighbouring gardens which gives an amazing countryside vibe. The sea is very close, just need to drive in a straight line for about 5 minutes.(even in walking distance, about 20 minutes) If you love cats, definitely go, neighbouring gattos love running around 🐱 all in all 10 out of 10. Just give it a go, you'll like it! 😌

Had an awesome stay at this Airbnb! Spacious and clean house. The garden was nice – a perfect spot to grill with a family. Felt totally safe with the security they had in place. If you're into cooking, you'll love the kitchen setup. Beds were nice and comfy.? AC kept us cool in the heat, and the pool area was just what we needed to beat the heat. Plus, the beach was just a short drive away. Definitely a sweet spot for a vacation!

Matching and independent house at the same time We were traveling with our dog and the fenced garden was very useful Large video library and bookstore The house was stocked with food and water, detergents... autan fordamental 😂 Ours was a one-night stop as we were coming from Sicily to Modena and the super comfortable beds were a manna Plenty of linens What can I say ... highly recommended

Lucia is a very helpful person and ready to solve everything. Everything is as written and proposed. In summer you definitely appreciate the presence of a large balcony that allows you to see breathtaking sunsets.
