Beautiful spacious, well equipped warm apartment. Very central, beside the old town and funicular. Plenty of paid parking in the central square below the apartment. You can hear some city noise at night, but then it has the advantage of being able to look out on the city from the long windows and small balcony in the lovely sitting room. There was no problem to bring our well behaved dog and he was also very welcome in the restaurants and cafes of Biella. Would definitely stay again! Paula and Desmond.
