Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Super helpful host, cute place.

Gayane is indeed a super host! she picked us up in the airport late in the night and was super responsive to every question or issue we had. She even allowed us for a late checkout for free ✨🍀Overall the house is great and new and has everything you need inside. Very suitable for a person with a kid as it has the second room with a bad for a kid. For those who need to work from home be aware that here once in two weeks you may experience an electricity shutdown same as in Yerevan. The location is near the city in a nice countryside with awesome views! all basic things like fresh market, bakery, pharmacy are in the village. Lots of nice gods and cats on the streets. And we will definitely miss all cute animals of Gayane's friendly neighborhood...!

Rosy is very welcoming and helpful, she provided us a very easy to understand list of how to get around from here and where to get food from etc. This place is very clean, the host is very friendly, helpful and responsive! the view of the mountains is amazing. it's about 20-25 minutes to get to town with a Taxi and the taxi can pick you up right outside of the apartment. The dogs are very friendly. Receiving fruit from the farm is also a plus! overall a great stay and would stay again. Thanks for the hospitality!
