Great place to stay in a quiet location. Pool always very clean. Air conditioning worked great. Were traveling with a dog, worked out great, let him run free in the garden. Very clean, quietly located, short distance to the sea, perfect. Accommodation very spacious, I can definitely only recommend. Restaurants and the city center are within easy walking distance. Great host!!!

Great location! Short walk to the beach, and short walk to downtown. (about 1/2 kilometer each).

Eler is a very attentive and thoughtful host He always gave us good advice and warmly served us. The location is wonderful quiet. The best thing is to bring enough provisions,as the nearest major shopping is in Labin about 15 km away. However, a small kiosk is about 400 m away by boat at the campsite opposite. Wonderful bathing coves are reachable with the small motorboot "James Bond :-)" and mostly wonderfully secluded and classy water. For the sporty balance, kayak and sup boards are available. All in all highly recommended.

a good place for a family vacation. The owner is responsive. But take into account that in the apartments for €2500 for 7 nights, for 4 bedrooms (8 guests) you will only have two air conditioners (one of which barely works), and when you ask to bring at least the fans, you will get a response : "sorry, but we don't have portable fans. Turn on both air conditioners and keep all doors open. ”. But overall, everything is great. Fridge with ice making feature somewhat compensated for heat. That's why I thank the owners for a great getaway.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

Peaceful and quiet place, Franko and his family were very nice. Beautiful swimming nearby. We loved it here. 100% recommended.

The apartment is beautiful with everything one could need. Everything was very clean. A very well stacked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. Franka welcomed us with a fruit basket, chocolates, a fridge with more than just essentials (milk, juice, wine, beer and water) and enough basics for making coffee and cooking and cleaning (enough dishwasher and washer tabs). We felt right at home. The little terrace outside is sheltered and there are even two lounge chairs with cushions. The apartment is even more spacious than shown in the pictures. There were enough towels for the week. The rooms are all very spacious and cute decorated. The tv had programs in Croatian, English and German. The sea shore and the Max Mall for shopping is about 500m away (about a 10 min walk). The area around the apartment is quiet and feels safe. Franka and her husband live upstairs and were available immediately when we had a question. This was our very first time in Croatia and we really enjoyed it.

Petra and Peter are experienced and very nice hosts. The place was as on the pictures, super clean and in a great location. Day check in via key box was totally easy. On the second day we saw each other briefly and got local tips. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! If you like it quiet and idyllic, you will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

The space really corresponds to reality 1 to 1. The cleanliness, as well as the order, were to our complete satisfaction. The pool is significantly larger than in the pictures and is more than sufficient for 2 people! The small attentions such as the available towels, dishwasher tablets, rags, baking paper, etc. complete the offer. We hardly had to buy anything extra, which we were positively surprised about. The location is actually a little cut off & you have to drive a longer gravel path to get to the accommodation. All in all, we were super satisfied & can only recommend it!

A beautiful place to stay and relax which is well cared for and kept to a high standard. . Aleksandra was a great host, communicated very well and provided support when needed. Gave tips of places to visit and made us feel very welcomed. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We were warmly welcomed by Ivan and his wife already in front of the house and were able to enter the house earlier. Everything was explained to us in a short and understandable way. There was already some fruit, wine coffee, etc., in the kitchen. It just smelled fresh in the house when we walked in. It was very clean and really lacked nothing. Our kids loved the pool. Our dog was also able to move around the large property as everything was fenced. Very modern and clean but still it felt right at home. The dog beach is a 15-minute walk. Thank you Ivan we will be back! ☺️

Through very accommodating and polite hosts, this vacation has exceeded our expectations. A terrace roof has also been added to the house. The pool is perfect for cooling off for in between and the sea is also not far away. It is highly recommended to take bikes with you as it is easier to get around Medulin by bike. A boat trip with the Sandra or her sister ships is a very great day trip with a good food. We thank the great hosts again and are happy to recommend this place.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

Had a great fall getaway at Dino's place. The fencing also allowed us to have our rescue off the leash throughout. Would love to go back one of the warmer months, but the pool was nice in October regardless, thanks to the heating.

This place is amazing for people looking for privacy and pure relaxation.House is lovely and well equiped with all what you need for comfortable stay.Its perfect for bigger families,we were 5 adults with 3 kids,and we felt very comfortable.Garden is beatifull with 30m distance to the beach which is never crowded.We enjoyed our daily routine with early visits to local market to buy fresh vegetables and fish,then lot of swimming in the sea,and later preparation of the food at outside kitchen or at open barbecue.Mojca is great host,very responsive,and with honest intention to help to have your stay pleasant all the time.

A beautiful house with a gorgeous yard for the whole family, plus dogs to play in. Two amazing local restaurants within a two minute walk and the beach about a ten minute walk (or four minute drive if you bring kids). The host was super responsive and you could tell they cared about making our stay one of a kind! Can’t wait to take the family back!

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. His home was exactly as described and we would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and explore Istria. Thank you Andrea for making our first visit to Croatia so memorable.

The owner lives in the back of the property. Very discreet and very friendly and helpful. The garden to the sea is a force, where in the sun with breakfast starting the day is simply priceless.

Small house large enough for 5 people. Tomas was really friendly. Contrary to previous reviews, the home has electricity and screens on the windows. Contrary to what I thought the house is not isolated, it is in a kind of small camp with small cottages next to each other. So there's a lot of human activity. The accommodation is very good for visiting the surroundings!

To sum it up: BOOK THIS PLACE!! :) ------ We stayed at one of the several houses available at the property. The property is at a beautiful, very peaceful location, just a minute's walk from the beach. It is easily accessible by car and there is a parking space next to the house. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, with lush greens, trees, flowers and all sorts of plants everywhere. There is an own BBQ place for each house, and a private terrace as well. You will have all the privacy you may need. The pool area is beautiful, with sun beds and canopy beds available. The pool water was very clean and inviting for a relaxing swim. The house itself is very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, and had everything we might have wanted. The big-screen TV came in very handy for watching Netflix while it was raining outside. Just bear in mind that the running water in the house is not suitable for drinking, as we were warned by the host. We did use it for showering, boiled it for coffee and cooking, but bought bottled water for drinking. Bartolomeo was a great host. He welcomed us at the house regardless of our late arrival. He showed us everything around the house and was at our assistance at all times.
