Vacation rentals in Premantura

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

We had a wonderful time in the appartment which was super clean, well equipped and we really loved the garden and the pool infront of the little house. The Location is perfect to go for a trip to kap kamenjak, pula and a lot of nice beaches. Josip and the Family was super kind, always available and provided a lot of recommendations to us. We will definitely come back and enjoyed it a lot.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is very lovingly decorated and well equipped. The pool is just wonderful and the property is really very large and quiet! We highly recommend Blanka's place! 😊

Well-appointed and equipped, modern apartment with balcony on the 1st floor, very central yet quiet, parking on site, we could park e-bikes in the house. Only a few minutes' walk to the sea. Great communication, we were informed in advance about the most important points. Questions during the stay were answered quickly and very friendly. Very friendly contact persons! For us, it was “the best place to be” in Medulin, which we highly recommend!

Sandra and her family were amazing, as was our stay. Flexible check-in (and checkout!) and very friendly. I felt like I was staying at a friend's house after only just meeting them. Welcome snacks and drinks were very thoughtful, as was access to laundry and the bikes. The location is great; walkable to a great local restaurant and only few minutes drive to even more....with water front views. There are so many amazing places in the area to check out. And the jacuzzi was exactly what we needed after each day exploring. I can't say enough great things about Sandra, her place and our experience. Hands down, 5-stars! :) Thank you!!

There was an all-around beautiful time here. We particularly enjoyed the peace. For example, you could sit on the terrace late at night without hearing any noise from the neighborhood No parties, no music, no talk - really good for people looking for this peace on vacation. Most beaches and cities are all within half an hour. Especially recommended beach Luka in Rakalj and town of Labin ( possibly with hike to Rabac). Also: Genius pizza at Kum Bistro in Krnica! ( Definitely pre-order space). The house is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is a bit small and unfortunately without an oven. Perhaps you should mention that there are about several cats settled around the house, which are also provided by Marko's parents. The fact that one or the other of it shows up on the terrace is understandable and actually very nice. Just need to know if there's a cat hair allergy, for example...

The apartment was very great, the surroundings quiet. Some action can be experienced on the campsite, which is about a 7-minute walk away. The water there is beautiful, we felt comfortable. But other swimming spots can also be easily reached in 15 minutes by car. Rovinj the city is reachable in a few minutes by car, where there are also swimming opportunities. In Rovinj you can shop well, where you will find Kaufland, Lidl, Netto, Tedi and many more. Natasa the landlady is very friendly. Requests are always resolved very quickly. We were very satisfied, thank you for everything

Adrians place was nothing short of spectacular. It had areas for our kids to play by the pool and they had games for them to enjoy. The adults had a nice dining table on the outside by the pool which provided a serene setting allowing us to connect in privacy. The beds were amazing, the A/C was great, the kitchens were pristine and the overall house was very well kept. I will come back specifically because of the amazing service we received.
