Vacation rentals with beach access in Préfailles

We had a great weekend at Laurent's place with our 2-year-old son. The beach is a few meters walk away, you can hear it from the garden it's really very pleasant. the accommodation is functional and well-equipped. the environment is quiet and very pleasant. Laurent is responsive and friendly. We'll be back!

I had a good day by the sea. The view from the apartment is very beautiful. The beach and city center are close by. It's quiet in the evening and at night. Nathalie is a pleasant, efficient and flexible host. Recommended without hesitation!

Just perfect ... this small tastefully decorated place is really excellent! It goes from its proximity to the ocean to the real oven to the quality of the littery and all the amenities of this apartment ... It's easy to access, and quiet. Everything is there to have a good time. And what about hosts... communication is easy, quick and quality the little welcome booklet is complete and useful. Once we've moved to Saint Brevin ... we come back and callisto too!

Very good stay at this very nice house! Very clean, we lacked absolutely nothing on the contrary all the necessities are there. It is very well equipped to travel with a baby. Very quiet development, the beach is not very far, it's worth a visit. Everything matched the announcement perfectly. Thanks to Hugues and his wife for their welcome, very nice house, operational, peaceful, it feels good. we had a beautiful week, I recommend the beach of the oncologist very clean and less seaweed, the big bill restaurant, and visit Guérande and cruise in the yellow boat at the rock-bernard. And Joëlle is a great host who makes sure her tenants are well settled: basic products provided for a simple check-in (garbage bags, shower gel, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.); accommodating in terms of schedules. Frederic is responsive and welcoming. The instructions are simple and understandable, they directed us well on local shops and activities to do. The apartment is superb and well arranged.

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

Caroles appartment is absolutly fantastic, well designed and equipped with a personal touch. On the arrival day we received a friendly service from Solene and the when we left again. We will recommend this place and appartment very much - value for money !

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Patricia's apartment. The accommodation is well arranged and above all very well located, 2 steps from the beach and restaurants. No need to take the car, everything is next door. Patricia is very friendly and available even remotely.
