Small getaway with friends to spend time together, in 2025. The setting was very suitable, both for the tastefully decorated small house and the surroundings. We really fell in love with it. We can only recommend Arnaud's little house if you want a quiet, warm and cozy place. We'll be back, for sure!

For a small wedding this weekend An exceptional location and equipment adapted to our family reunion. Marielle's hosting is more than warm. The house is very comfortable and very convenient for 12 people We had a great little stay there.

Small but very well arranged. The beds on the mezzanine are gaining a lot of space. The steep staircase to access it is not necessarily suitable for everyone but the sofa in the seating area is a 1.40 m sofa bed offering a perfectly decent sleeping area. The interior is very clean, bright and cozy...a pleasure!

I sincerely thank Elsa. She was able to guide me even late at night to find the house that on Airbnb was not the right one. Not the right number and night not easy😅. Very nice host! This place is a real little cocoon to get some fresh air in the area. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the terrace overlooking nature is a big plus and the essentials are there to spend a few days independently. The place is very quiet off-season, perfect for relaxing! There must be more life on site in season if you are not looking for isolation because the apartment is in a small condominium of several lots and close to other residences. Anne is a very considerate host with a good communicative mood. We thank her again for her special touch upon arrival which was enjoyed the same evening :) Note: the sfr network does not work on site. WiFi helps if you need connectivity, but if you need to stay reachable it could be a problem. (Bouygues seems ok)

Beautiful well equipped house and located near the center. Nice quiet garden. We were able to rent bikes nearby and get around the island easily. Our girls went every day in a few minutes to the nautical center. The modern decor was pleasant and the plenty of storage available was convenient. We stayed in this house for two weeks and were able to make the most of it. Géraldine and Pierre were responsive. The handbook they had written was full of good tips for restaurants and tours. Noirmoutier is a destination to live in summer and by bike. In short, a beautiful stay in a home that we highly recommend.

Myriam's house perfectly matched what was offered. Very comfortable with space and everything you need for a good stay. Large kitchen, very good bedding and close to everything, shops and beaches!!
