The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, which is very important to us. There was really everything we needed, in good quality. We liked the roof terrace with the great view, also the location in the middle of the bananas, very nice. We would definitely book again!

An excellent place to stay! Everything was very clean and cozy. The view of the sunset was magnificent! The hosts were very welcoming (They treated us to fresh greens grown right in their garden 😋) We would love to come back!

Everything was just PERFECT. I would 1000% reccoment this place to anyone who wants to stay in the SE part of Madeira, a little bit away from the maintown funchal. The small town Paul do Mar itself is lovely and so is this accomodation. It looks even better than on the pictures! A warm and cozy stay, very nice & clean kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with a balcony/ backyard in the upper floor. We had to stay inside for one day because of the heavy rainstorm and it felt just like home. The landlord/lady is totally helpfull und friendly, they even got me a birthday cake (because it was my birthday on the day we moved in) and this says it al! Thanks again for sharing this beautiful gem with us and when we are planing to come to Madeira again, we will definitelyl book again. xxx Dario & Kim

Maria was very friendly and helpful in trying to erase a previous guests Prime Video registration. The studio is great with a large terrace and chairs and Sun loungers and a fire pit. Off road parking. Very comfortable king size bed with a big thick mattress and quality linen. I was able to cook in the kitchen and condiments, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and some spices were there and some capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine and herbal teas. Double sink bathroom and a shower with good flow. Washing machine and pods provided for this and the dishwasher. Maria’s place is a class act! Great location for Calheta and the eastern end of the island but the reason it is so verdant became clear as it rained and was foggy for a few days. However you can be freezing up on the mountain spine road which was closed in part due to rockfalls and 20 mins later sunbathing and doing whale impressions on Calheta beach in 20c Madeira -Love it. ❤️ 🏝️
