Marcelo is an excellent host, he kindly served us every time we request. The space is excellent, well ventilated and with all necessary utensils for a good stay on the beach. The only negative point was the mattress of one of the rooms that is of springs and very uncomfortable, the most we were satisfied with the whole stay.

I was very pleased with my stay in this flat! The place is exactly like in the pictures, no surprises, which is always a relief. The host, Guilherme was super cordial and helpful, always available to help with any questions. The apartment is on the ground floor, which made it very easy to access, and it is super close to the beach, which was amazing to enjoy the day. In addition, the location in San Francisco is wonderful, I didn't need a car for anything, since numerous restaurants, including the banana bar that is quite famous, were just a few steps away from the site. For those with children, it is possible to access the cove beach on foot, being approximately 400 m from the site. A Prainha is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of beauty. Super recommend!

My stay was excellent! Dayane's apartment is extremely cozy, well organized and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The location is perfect, providing easy access to the beach and other points of interest. After a full day enjoying the sea and the sun, it was amazing to return to such a cozy and quiet environment. Undoubtedly, a place I recommend and where I would like to stay again!

Everything went well. João is quiet, easy to communicate, flexible and willing to serve in the best way. The apto is as described, all right, everything was very clean, both the apt and the bed linen, and other kitchen items, etc... very good. Air conditioning, fans, etc, everything working, shower and everything else... The location of the apto is excellent, 1 block from the beach(Praia da saudade) ideal for hiking, for relaxation, for enjoying a day at the beach, etc. It is also a ~15 min walk to the cove beach. It has several restaurants close to João's apartment, bakery, groceries, etc... It is close to Enseada tb's health post. The street is super quiet, little movement, and quite quiet in the apartment. He's the last floor, which for us is perfect!! The apartment has great views, the street is easy to park always takes place. Everything is great. We will definitely go back again! thank you!!!

Being staying at Maristela's home was very well worth the place is wonderful and cozy was extremely clean and offered everything we need… felt at home. And I definitely want to come back more often . The accommodation is simple, basic kitchen items, but you can prepare meals quietly, the location is good, close to the beach. Ariete is very attentive and polite. We stayed a week and it was great.

Location in a strategic region, both near Prainha and Enseada (walks a little more). Close to restaurants for those who don't want to worry about cooking. Pool is very quiet for children! It was probably the family's villa house before. It has a lot of memories (pictures and some photos). Many utensils at the disposal of our guests and some appliances. Super agile and easy to access host.

Again a great stay. Valdir was sensational, it was our second time at the house. the house is wonderful, great pool, close to the beach, large house and with many things to do on it. All excellent.

Positives: the property is new, clean and organized, the building is safe and quiet, it is very well located and has several options of places that can be done on foot, has alarm the apartment and the swimming pool with the leisure area is very good! Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. Host Sheila is very soliciting, you've answered all our questions and was always on standby to help! I recommend and stay more often! Thanks for the reception Sheila!

The person who received it was always available for any questions, informed us peculiarities about the city, AP next to a grocery store, pharmacy and shops! It has a washing machine, sandwich machine, utensils, no tank. Tv is not smart, next time I will take a device to make it! AP is on the 1st floor! We love it and the next times we go to town we will try to stay in the AP!

Excellent. Carlos who welcomed us, was very polite and helpful. The place was exactly as advertised, great place, next to the beach , next to a supermarket, fuel station, quiet spot without noise, with wi-fi , beach chairs and carts. We felt at home. We recommend it, very well received and we hope to be able to come back other times.
