The apartment has a good location and is close to everything, we don't need a car. There is air conditioning in the rooms and the decor is cozy. The pool isn't heated, but we do enjoy it a few times. Mr. Ronaldo and Andreia were great hosts and gave us tips on good restaurants and places to visit. The biggest problem we faced was going up and down the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's apartment! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, super clean and organized. Practically complete kitchen, we tried out the coffee maker and it's great! The location is excellent, close to everything, and one detail that made a big difference was finding the beds with clean sheets, blankets and pillows, which saved space in the car, since we didn't need to bring these items. Cristina's reception was amazing: she is a very friendly and welcoming person. We were greeted with a loving treat that made everything even more special. As for the location, there are several beaches nearby, but most require a car trip. Ubatuba Beach, which is about a 10-minute walk, is the closest option for those who prefer to walk. Suggestions for improvement: Including a microwave would be very practical, especially to facilitate quick meals. A smooth knife and a barbecue fork would be useful and a hammock to relax. I highly recommend it!

My stay was excellent! Dayane's apartment is extremely cozy, well organized and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The location is perfect, providing easy access to the beach and other points of interest. After a full day enjoying the sea and the sun, it was amazing to return to such a cozy and quiet environment. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen is super complete, with all the necessary utensils, and the washing machine is essential for beach environments. The bathroom is spacious, and the air-conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The beds are not extremely comfortable, but they are not uncomfortable. It is important to bring linens and towels, as the place does not provide them. The location is closer to Itaguaçu beach than Ubatuba, in a quiet and family neighborhood, with a street not yet paved. Although it is not a tourist area, there are markets, bakeries and cafeterias nearby, which was very practical. In addition, prices in the region are more affordable, which is a positive point. The house is spacious, simple, but very comfortable and complete, and cozy. Perfect for resting! Wellington was very attentive and patient with our check-in, even with the delay. At check-out, everything went well. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility and practicality.

I recommend a lot of space that Ewerton offers. Large house, with pool and all kitchen amenities (I just missed an airfryer rsrsrs), oven, two stoves... washing machine. The pool and gourmet area make the stay even better! We had an unforeseen event on arrival due to a delay in the road, but we were surprised by the empathy and understanding of Ewerton who made available to us, free of charge, another two days of stay which was of extreme kindness and sympathy towards us. All I have to say is thank you for everything. City Hall Worth every real invested for our rest and enjoyment on the 5 days we stayed in São Francisco do Sul! Ewerton Valley. Success!

Even though it has only one garage, the other car of ours was on the street and the region is very safe. The apartment is very well equipped and all the appliance items were working! Situations that must be scored: there are two bathrooms, but they cannot be used together for bathing, perhaps by water pressure. The air conditioning of the living room was not freezing, but the apartment is quite airy because it is on the 5th floor. The alarm is always triggered by the residents, sometimes it can trigger fire in several hours of the day. The person who received us was always available for any questions, informed us about peculiarities about the city, the apartment is near a market, pharmacy and shops! It has a washing machine, sandwich maker, utensils, no tank. The TV is not smart, next time I'll bring a device to make it smart! The apartment is on the 1st floor! We loved it and the next few times we go to the city we'll try to stay at the AP!
