We spent great days with the family, the quiet and very family beach, perfect house, without defects, all very good taste. Patrícia always answered super quickly all the questions I had before closing the reservation and the questions afterward as well.

house is excellent, no problem. the only detail is that the best beaches are a little distant 1.5km around. the nearby pharmacy bakery market.

Well tidy house, safe, easy access to the beach, all the necessary utensils have in the house, nothing to complain about the house, it is only a little further from the good and bigger market, but by car it is quick.

The townhouse is of high standard, a real spectacle! All clear, clean decoration! Simply wonderful!

Location in a strategic region, both near Prainha and Enseada (walks a little more). Close to restaurants for those who don't want to worry about cooking. Pool is very quiet for children! It was probably the family's villa house before. It has a lot of memories (pictures and some photos). Many utensils at the disposal of our guests and some appliances. Super agile and easy to access host.

We had an amazing experience! The host Alessandro was extremely polite and helpful, and Silmara received us with great attention and affection. Our family enjoyed a lot, both the indoor space and the various entertainment options of the condominium, such as the kids space, game room, playgrounds, sports areas and an amazing pool, perfect for relaxing and having fun. The apartment is very well cared for and cozy. Super airy, clear and comfortable. The whole condominium is very organized, well located and equipped. Our stay was great, we will definitely be back. Anderson was attentive and always answered all doubts. Maykon, which helped us at check in, was very helpful. Anyway, it was worth a lot!

The apartment is very nice, as it is in the description. Both the apartment and the very clean building. Very conveniently located, close to everything. If we had questions, the responses were quick. If there is something to add something it is AA in the living/dining room, but it is the same detail you really enjoy everything. We would come back!!

Great lodging option in Joinville. Fico often hosted in Airbnbs in the city and the space surprised me, being in fact the space that pleased me the most. Extremely clean (delicious smell when we entered), with all the amenities and beautiful views of the city, outside the pool and gym that were crucial for relaxation after a day of work. Market, restaurants and malls nearby. Super recommend.
