The apartment is super complete, with all the kitchen equipment. The electric barbecue is very good and the environment has umbrellas and chairs. Air-conditioned environment, smelling linens and clean apartment. Location close to the beach. The owners are receptive and flexible in relation to the check-in time. We will definitely return.

This is my second time staying at the apartment. New painting (without the smell of mold), impeccable cleaning, comfortable beds and pillows, new fridge, clothes dryer (makes a lot of difference), all cooking utensils, near the beaches of the south of Ubatuba, quiet place, family with garage. I recommend and will be back for 3 times.

The apartment is well cared for. The hostess served us in every situation where we had questions. Garage access is practical. Air conditioning in the room guaranteed a good rest at night, as they were very hot days. The room is large, queen bed and two mattresses on the floor, quietly, with space for locomotion still. We want to go back.

Me and my family love to stay in Mr. Roger. He answered us to check in early, we were welcomed and attended by the condominium staff. The apto. is funny, exactly as in the pictures and description. When we arrived it was clean and fragrant. It is very cozy and very close to the beach and we were able to rest assured about the security of the place. We highly recommend it, and if we go back to Caraguá, we will definitely look for Mr. Roger's apt.

Wonderful place, even better than on the photos. One of the best apartments I've ever stayed at Tabatinga. Friendly Host and always willing to help with any questions. I highly recommend it to a couple looking for a different beach experience.

Mr. Paulo was very kind to us, flexible regarding the check un and checkout. The apartment is identical to the description, we feel at home. It is extremely close to the beach of Massaguaçu, but rough seas. Next to it is the beach of Cocanha, which is very tasty. I recommend the place to everyone, we were very welcome by Mr. Paulo.

It was an amazing family fds. The apartment is sensational as the photos, extremely clean and organized. Tranquil district and the beach was a show apart. Best of all for us was the elevator servicing the 2 floors, since we were with people with reduced mobility. Alexandre also very kind and empathetic.

Great hosting for family. Comfortable apartment, clean, broad, clear, airy, well located and easy to access with quick check-in. Located in front of the beach and in a strategic place to go to the center or to visit/visit neighboring beaches. The hostess is extremely attentive and her responses are quick and resolute. Hey Marcia! The condominium is very nice, very safe. The infinity pool and wet bar make all the difference, and we end up not having time for the beach.
