Excellent apartment, with everything you need to spend a family vacation, in a quiet area. This is the second time we have stayed. Felipe was always attentive. The location is great, below there is a warehouse. The apartment is three or four blocks from the beach for walking.

We loved everything!We were greeted with great affection, we felt at home!The house is perfect for a couple with a son, all extremely clean and smelling and exceeded expectations, location is great with everything close by (restaurants,grocery store,ice cream and other beaches).The beach is small and very calm for all ages, we know the Cordas beach that is close and you can go on foot!(we do not venture to other beaches because the plan was to rest) but there are options for speedboat rental and schooner ride and for those who like to fish can take the cane that is to play.Super we recommend and if the idea is to rest and escape from the muvuca the place is perfect! The best of the best…exclusivity, the best area, I highly recommend it, it is in front of the best florianopolis beach, I recommend renting if or yes, it is worth the expense. There is nothing out of place, you feel Ricardo fort in there.

hosts were super gentle, the house is exactly what is in the picture,but the location and the icing of the cake, the beach is 70 steps from the house.Recoming a lot.
