Monthly Rentals in Praia da Aguda

The view from the apartment is spectacular and if we open the windows we can hear the sound of the ocean, which is my case was a plus. The place is very calm and nice to disconnect, very close to the beach and a nice restaurant with an extraordinary view. The apartment is as it is described and shown in the pictures and all works good. Because we have stayed more than a week during December-January (winter season) and there is only one small electric heater, it might have felt a bit cold. I guess in other months of the year this is not a problem at all ☺️. Good with washing machine in the apartment and the kitchen was quite well equipped. If I could do any upgrades in the apartment it would be have an extra blanket and a better mattress. The owners are very reachable and polite and the check-in and check-out were very good/ smooth and easy. Thank you!

Maria and her husband are friendly and nice, flexible and take care of touching. Unfortunately, the place smells damp, but that's typical of the region, as there are basically no central heaters. However, you can use a provided heater. Otherwise everything is perfect. Thank you for your kindness and beautiful place to stay.

Nathy is a wonderful host! She is very clear and friendly in communicating and very thoughtful. The apartment looks exactly if not better than on the pictures. When we arrived there was a basket with really good bread rolls, wine and other things to eat and drink and in the bathroom a basket with things you don't necessarily bring with you when traveling lightly. The view is excellent and so is the beach. Hiking alongside the ocean was one of many highlights. Very nearby there is a wonderful cafe for brunch. We will definitely be back in the surfing season, maybe with our children. Thank you so much Nathy, you're the best!

I had a wonderful stay in this charming little neighborhood! If you don’t want to rent a car, it’s easy to get around by bus or Uber. The area is very quiet and peaceful, with some great hiking trails nearby. It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away and absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to rest and enjoy some peace.
