Villa vacation rentals in Portofino

Very nice house located in a quiet area. There were 12 of us including 5 children and 2 teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful pool and garden. There was a playroom for the kids. Claudio was very available and kind when we had any questions. Thanks to him also for his advice

A great place to rest. My wife and I were with 2 kids and a dog. When we arrived, we received a lot of information about local attractions, restaurants, how to explore Cinque Terre and Portofino. Davide made you feel great from the start of your stay. You feel like someone makes you feel good here. The house as in the photos fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and air conditioning in the rooms upstairs. Clean and homey. Replacement of towels and linens after a week. A pool with a wonderful view. Tomatoes and basil from the garden are great. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and rest. I recommend it to everyone and thank the host for this stay. We already want to go back.

We were a traveling party of 10 people who enjoyed the house. A plus was walking distance to a great restaurant. Beautiful view and great pool.

We had a great week at Cosimo's place and felt very comfortable. The equipment was great, even dishwashing and laundry detergent were provided. The pictures and description of the place fit very well. The terrace and views are beautiful, especially the great sunsets in the evening. It is pleasantly quiet and you have your privacy. Regarding the location, you should know that you can spontaneously only come to the next place by car, as the accommodation is located on a hill and at least 30 min. Walking distance to the city would have to be covered. All in all highly recommended and we would come back right away!

Franco is a super great host, the welcome and farewell were very personal and warm. Franco has very good tips and is always helpful. The location of the house is magnificent between many olive trees, quietly located with a fantastic view over the Magra Valley to the sea, simply priceless. The location of the house is great, right next to the beautiful picturesque old village of Castelnuovo Magra. The sea is only about 15min away, the quarries of Carrara are also nearby (highly recommended), Pisa and Florence as well as Cinque Terre are also in the area. It was a great vacation, thank you Franco.

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

We had a great time at Villa Amamose ! The renovation of the whole building was done beautifully : the sand stone paint on the wall, updated wood doors and windows featuring gorgeous knobs, the cement tiles on the floor... everything looked as good as on the pictures. To top it all off, Serena was extremely fast sending us info and recommendations. We strongly recommend it !

i highly recommend this accommodation, the place is peaceful and the house has a lot of advantages, namely a cool and very nicely decorated house with all amenities. The village is a 20-minute walk away and offers all the services (restaurants, different shops, pharmacy...).To end, we were hosted very well by Elena .

The house is fabulous the views over the valley are exceptional the only negative is the drive up to the villa and indeed the villa driveway was very challenging

This house is a wonderful getaway with unbelievable views of the town and Mediterranean Sea below. It’s surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees. You can hear the highway below so if you need total silence be aware. The drive up to the house is nerve wracking if you are not used to small mountain roads and the driveway is very steep, so be aware of that as well. Our group of 8 adults and 1 baby had a wonderful relaxing time and Lavagna is a cute beach town with restaurants and ice cream. Such an amazing place to stay!

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

The apartment is very beautiful with amazing views! Pros: -stunning views and surroundings -exceptional host -clean and felt just like home Cons: -there are some bugs (since it is in an elevated neighborhood )

Eliana was fantastic. She assisted us with a personal emergency that occurred during our visit. She was compassionate, helpful, quick to reply to every need. Our home was beautiful, comfortable, and easily accessible for the train, bus and ferry. It was close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including local small food markets. In addition, the location in Santa Margherita is perfect for quick hops to various nearby ports of Cinqué Terra, Portofino, Camogli, Rapallo, etc., but it is not as crowded as the more popular areas and yet it is equally beautiful. We loved it.

We stayed in some of the two houses near Camogli. The house is very nice and tastefully decorated. On our arrival we found a variety of food as well as beverages. Thanks again for that. Access is feasible with a normal car - contrary to some other comments. The house is quiet and private and offers a good base to relax there or make excursions on the Ligurian coast. We can recommend the house and also the caregiver and would come back there. There is a way to charge the EV at the house - but only with 1 kW, i.e. it works, it just takes.

Our stay was wonderful! Lothar was such a wonderful host. He was accommodating and made himself available for anything we needed, He even cooked dinner twice for us. The property had many fruit trees and the pool was such an added pleasure with a gorgeous view. For those with mobility issues it is a long walk to town with many stairs to walk up and down. If that is not an issue, don't hesitate to book this stay! You will love it!

Diletta was a great host. We sometimes had a bit of difficulty understanding the translated instructions from Italian to English. But she was always responding instantly with any questions we had. We loved her place! The most wonderful ambience, with fantastic views, and a very energetic climb up many stairs to arrive at a beautiful apartment.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

We had a super relaxing time in Carrara. Many thanks to Barbara and Simona - You were great hosts. The house is wonderfully quiet, the pool invites you to swim - the best conditions to really unwind and relax. The pool is so big that we adults could swim comfortably. In the village, there are various beaches. We drove about 20 minutes by car and were able to park for free. But there were also closer sections of the beach. Unfortunately, it was very hot in our vacation week, so we couldn't explore so much on foot. The pool was the perfect way to cool off for us. In the house, we had several fans available, which were especially important at night. Thanks Simona and Barbara for this great time. The two were always easily accessible and very friendly and personable. Rest and privacy are very important to us on vacation - both are wonderfully provided in this home.

sanda's house is really interesting with ample space and very comfortable. the house is dated, but it contains very nice vintage elements. There's nothing missing, and the pool and outdoor space are great. Sanda was very kind and helpful.

Bella Italia From the first moment on we felt very welcome by Alberto and his team helping us to check in and carry our luggage. The house was perfectly prepared and clean. If you want to feel the atmosphere of staying in an old-world villa, this is the place to be! Located in the direct neighbourhood of an ancient settlement above the village of La Spezia along a small stone path, the house with its terraces and the garden guarantees absolute privacy and tranquillity. No street noise and you can hear only the birds, and the crickets and at nights you can see thousands of glow worms blinking in the large garden – amazing natural phenomenon. We rode our own mountain bikes on the great tracks around the house. Through the large forest, behind the house, you can easily reach the coast of the Cinque Terre on the other side of the hills. There is parking for one car at the property and also on the nearby main road. We loved the cozy fireplace at night. Cant wait to come back !

What a wonderful place with a spectacular view. Plenty of room but steep stairs to each level and a bit of a goat track to get to the property. Other than that, it was absolutely wonderful. Nicolo's was very helpful with ideas and recommendations and the instructions for the property were very well communicated. If you do not have any physical restrictions, then this is the perfect place to escape, especially if you have a big group.
