Welcoming, caring, pleasant and very responsive host when interacting. The accommodation is very beautiful, functional, on a very quiet street a 3min walk from the beach. This is really the perfect location to enjoy the sea. We had a pleasant family weekend with 2 children. I highly recommend it and thank you to our hosts for our friendly exchanges

The house is a 2 min walk to the beach which is very peaceful and not too crowded. The water is quiet, children can swim or paddleboard. The house was perfect for our large family, everything was very clean and modern.

We decided on a whim to offer ourselves on weekends in green and quiet. This house, with superb decor and amenities is as welcoming, warm as it is convenient. Everything is thought out with care and details. At the end of our stay, the children didn't want to leave. I would recommend it 100%.

We had a great time in Julien's place in a great location, close to the sea, in a very quiet and secure residence. The apartment is well equipped, with a new kitchen, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This is the second time we've been there, and we'll definitely be back. The only small downside is the lack of a blind and a good umbrella to take full advantage of the terrace, and the table as well as the chairs in the garden furniture would be worth replacing. Apart from that, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this rental!

The place is beautiful, bright It feels like home. It's quiet. The bedding was comfortable. Olivier is pleasant, accommodating on check-in and check-out times. The best for us were: the beds made as well as the bath towels included in the rental, the proximity to shops, the kitchen with all the amenities, the exterior safe for children. I would this property.

A place to stay as described. Very good quality bedding. Everything necessary is available by Sylvie. The area is very quiet we only heard the seagulls. It's easy to walk to the corniche. Store nearby. Ideal geographical location. Sylvie is a very caring host who ensures the quality of our stay and gives us good addresses. The lady who welcomes us is very kind. We will be back without hesitation.

A really pleasant stay, all the basic necessities available upon arrival. The outside is also very nice and we were afraid of having too many people in the pool but frankly nice pool nothing to say. We'll be back at this place for a new vacation.

What HAPPINESS!!! First of all, Pierre was infinitely kind. He is a very accommodating person, making every effort to ensure that the stay goes smoothly. He responds very quickly to all questions and always with great kindness, thoughtfulness and patience. It allowed us to be able to arrive earlier, and above all, to leave at a much later hour than expected which, personally made my life much easier, since suffering from a very debilitating and exhausting chronic illness, I was able to sleep more by getting up later... What an advantage!!! Plus, this house is a real little cocoon! The pluses: a small courtyard overlooking the living room, private access and without any danger for children allowing access to a beach also safe for the little ones, very little frequented at the end of Oct, but I thought I read that even in season it was the case. A BIG and very sincere THANK YOU to Pierre and Virginia!!! We will be back! Take care!!! Magali

Very nice stay in Antoine's apartment, warm welcome from his wife and himself. Small touches like a fresh apple juice and small chocolates had been prepared for us. We felt at home as my 10 year old daughter who was with us. 😃
