Mediterranean charm meets modern comfort: AC, TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a spacious terrace. All essentials provided: linens, coffee, books, and games!

Very good location, 150 m from the beach and a few minutes' walk to the center with shops, café and restaurants. Private space in front of the house for 2 cars and garage for bikes, surfboard and strollers, enclosed sandy garden. Beautiful interior kitchen / living room, 4 pleasant bedrooms including three upstairs (4 single beds and 1 double and one downstairs (double bed), 1 bathroom (toilet + sinks + shower) downstairs and a second with bathtub upstairs.

Our charming house, Villa Morsa, completely renovated in 2023, pleasant, quiet, in a neat decor, is ideally placed for sea and countryside holidays, sailing, and fishing. From January to March, the mildness of the Gulf Stream makes the mimosas bloom. In the spring, be surprised by more exotic blooms. Summer is a 6-minute walk from the sea, by a path that ends on the beach. You will enjoy going down to the bay in towels and swimsuits.
