Monthly Rentals in Porpoise Point Island

Very responsive owners! Very Clean house well stocked with linens, etc. Restaurants nearby. Great park walking distance within a few minutes. The park has a nice pier along with paths for dog walking.

We had a blast at Katrina's place! We had plenty of space and had so many things to do. The two kayaks provided were great. We rented a tandem and went out to explore the water. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night. I'm a neat freak and I was so impressed with how clean the house was. The only challenge we had was traffic from the construction on the bridge. Honestly, we didn't really want to leave the house, but when we did we just had to give ourselves extra time. This place is a gem and I highly recommend!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Thomas' place. It's very clean, had everything we needed. Sitting on the dock is very peaceful and relaxing! But we were within walking distance of shops and a great restaurant (highly recommend The Blue Dog!). The hosts were responsive to our questions. Bed was comfortable, kitchen is small but was perfect for what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Carinas property in Matlacha is very unique and comfortable. We loved being on the canal, it was very peaceful and quiet. The bed was super comfortable, which is always important to me. The space actually looks bigger in person. We were very pleased.
