Helena and her son are great people, they make you feel at home right away and are both available and friendly. Although they live next to the villa, they let you experience the house without any intrusion and without ever invading your privacy! The house is fantastic, it offers all the amenities described and above all it is recently manufactured. The appliances are brand new and perfectly working, which is very important is the air conditioners, the common areas spacious and comfortable, not to mention the garden and the atrium where you can spend pleasant evenings in the company of the rest of the group. The bathrooms are clean, spacious and very well stocked with towels and everything you need for hygiene, such as detergents, sponges, etc. Everything is perfect! It is recommended to have a car if you want to move, otherwise the host will connect you with the taxi drivers in the area who take you to the beach with very few euros. We loved the house, the sea and the view from the first moment we came in. We enjoyed the lovely welcome from Eirine´s parents even though they do not speak english. The house is big and has enough room even for 6persons (we were just 4) and has everything you might need. The view from terace is breathtaking and the sea is beautiful and clear all the day. What a dream to start the day with a morning swim... We loved the secluded position and serenity and calm every day. The only thing to note - you need a car as there is nothing within walking distance and for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing etc. you have to drive 20-30minutes. Not an disatvantage though, as you have the serenity instead. A place to remember and to return sometimes! Thank you Eirine and your parents.

It was all impeccable, the villa, the pool, the surrounding area, the equipment of the house, the location and of course the service from the owner! The villa is extremely spacious and tasteful, and has all the amenities (air conditioning, sun loungers, towels, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, shower gel, hair dryer, clothes rack, etc.). Everything is very thoughtful and quality. Due to the 3 levels, families can be comfortably accommodated, who will enjoy during their stay and the benefits of cohabitation and their privacy, whenever they wish. The pool is very big and deep, and we really enjoyed it. The location is very quiet (with privacy), no houses around, and overlooking Ermioni. It is very close to supermarkets and to the center of Ermioni. The owner was impeccable at everything! Extremely friendly and affordable, available anytime. He even gave us a mobile phone number to order whatever we wanted (without looking for coffee, delivery, etc.) There was flexibility and convenience in check-in and checkout time. We will definitely be back at the first opportunity! Thanks for everything!

Rock Villa is by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at in the world! The villa is gorgeous and the view is even more incredible. Not only is it fitted with incredible amenities but it’s also located 5 mins walk from the port and next to so many beautiful restaurants and cafes. Everyone is just so friendly in Ermioni. Konstantinos is such an incredible host, from the time of booking to the time of check out, always so responsive and helpful. We were checking in extremely late at night and he was so thoughtful to buy us some groceries that we had requested as well as many other snacks and water on top of it to make us feel welcome. The kitchen is so well stocked not just with utensils but also spices, oils and vinegars. The bedrooms are beautiful and immaculate with ensuites in all of them. The showers were just incredible with amazing jets. The hot tub was a highlight to relax in with a tv right there which made everything even better. All in all, highly recommend Rock Villa!

We were impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail for everything. The Villa was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, providing a spacious and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Nikos and Lamprini went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their prompt communication made the entire experience seamless. The location was fantastic, rustic, modern, secluded, yet offering easy access to the Port or Marina, the Gorge, etc. The pool was refreshing to use throughout the day and the homemade lemonade was the best. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!

We had a dream at Stavros' house. The house was impeccable, everything inside was of excellent quality and spotless, and the house has a small private beach that stole our heart. We could stay for weeks was total relaxation. Stavros has made sure there are sun loungers that can go in the shade under the tamarisk trees, while at night the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The living room has literally everything, on great quality wood while the ceiling fans in the rooms were very functional, despite the heat we never got warm. The area has a lot to do, we went very easily and an excursion to Poros, while the tavern that Stavros introduced to us in the next village, Kalloni was top. Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Very spacious, ideal for large groups. Quite private, at least during spring months. Strategically located in the southern suburbs of Athens but also not a long drive from city center and other areas.

Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. The house has so much charm, it feels very informal and has great character. The kitchen was well equipped to cook, and had plenty of space. The verandah at the rear is large, and also the front porch is lovely to sit and watch the sea and the world go by. The little beach opposite is handy for a quick early morning dip and there is another one opposite a great bakery 200m to the left along sea road. Bike rental 100m along, Spetses rental. Super chill. Lovely linen and pillows! Had a great time. Highly recommend it.

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

This house is great. The description and pictures don't do it justice. It's 6 bedrooms over 2 units. 3 in a fully kitted out basement apartment and 3 upstairs in the main house. Our host sorted out transfers and a local sailing trip that was amazing. We loved every minute in this house.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've visited. The service and the support the hosting brothers provided us was great. However.. the view! The images are far from just to show how amazing the view is. Waking up in the morning, walking out to the massive terass with the view will hunt my dreams for a while, dreaming back to those moments. From the pictures, you get a feeling that the house has an "old" interior. However, it really provided a homey feeling as everything was well decorated and provided a unique charm. Plenty of space for our little one to run around and play around while we felt safe for him to play around. The pool table, foosball table and the ping pong table provided great entertainment. If you are a fan of grilling, the BBQ was managed, clean and put my own grill to shame (Weber grill) I could go on with the compliments, but the proof of it is that we aim to come back! Thank you!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. The view over the town and sea was amazing, the pool was wonderful and the house was really comfortable. Katerina went out of her way to be helpful with transfers for us and our luggage to/from the port, and helping us hire a quad bike. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Spetses.

Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Perfect place , beautiful views , peace, quiet, generally very charming place. The only drawback(not for everyone ) that there was no glass on one of the floors of the terrace, but only a barrier through which younger children can fall out, so you have to watch out, but with no reservations . It was beautiful ;)

We immediately felt at home - the great view, the bright rooms, the location as well as the very clean pool were a pleasure. Nikos is a great host - he was always available and activated the heating for us extra so that we don't have to freeze because of the somewhat fresh temperatures. We can only recommend this place.

As this is the 71st five star rating, it is already very obvious: This is a fantastic place. If you think about spending nice days on the Peleponnes, think no further and book this if it is available. The view and the rooms are even much nicer in reality then on the pictures. All the rooms have a superb view. This includes the kitchen with a very large window. The window almost feels like a painting. The house is in a very good state and offers you everything you need. The TV even has a Netflix option which was nice for a few times to use. Even though the pool is not heated, it was warm enough for us at the end of October with air temperatures around 22-25 degrees. The house is super quiet even though there is a street nearby. The most you might hear are the little birds in the garden. Again, fantastic place and we would have loved to stay longer if we would have had more time.

Great view and very nice apartment. Easy communication amd highly flexible check-in and check-out. The area is quite and perfect for some relaxing days and doing day-trips to close landmarks.
