The stay is very great, the place is top notch, everything was great, great host and attitude to check-in, I will definitely come back here when I am in Bangkok!

Vitanya's listing was very easy to locate. Num was very organized and descriptive in providing check-in instructions. The unit was clean and surprisingly peaceful. We were initially concerned by the "noise" mentioned by other reviewers before booking the place. We even brought ear plugs. However, throughout our 8-day stay, we didn't hear any loud noise from passing vehicles. We slept peacefully and were even able to do some remote work and attend virtual meetings. The location is also great, being only a few minutes walk to the nearest train station, and a few more minutes to Yaowarat. There were lots of food options around. Overall it had been a wonderful experience for us.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a modern, very well kept high-rise condo building complex with all the needed amenities for long stays including a nice infinity pool and a spacious library/coworking area for those like us who work remotely. The building is located near a ton of excellent street food and restaurant options and just a few minutes walk from a BTS elevated rail station. Koko is super friendly and very responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely like to come back at some point. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay at The Park Origin Sam Yan Chula! The location is amazing—right near the famous Banthat Thong street, which is packed with delicious street food and tons of things to do. The area feels very clean and safe, and it’s easy to walk around and explore. The condo itself is modern and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. Special shoutout to Fah, who was super nice and friendly—she made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Bangkok! ❤️🙏🏼
