Monthly Rentals in Polychrono Beach

We stayed as 2 families, 4 adults, 2 children (6 and 9 years old ). We did not encounter a problem at the first check-in. Everything was ready. The villa was just as it appears in the photos. There are 3 villas next to each villa. There are 2 parking spaces in the compound, which is indoor, and there are 2 places. The villas are separate from each other. The villa is very good. The villas are made to rent from the construction stage and everything is thought out. Extras are not big, but everything is enough. The air conditioners are available in each room. We spent time at the pool. For those who want to swim in the sea right in front of the villa. Since I did not enter the sea right in front of the villa, I will not be able to comment because I did not enter the sea right in front of the villa. It was a very pleasant holiday from our perspective. Thank you everywhere.

We stayed for a week for a birthday and it was the perfect place for a big group. Each had their own space. Supplies were well provided and the location was perfect. Stephanie was super nice and helpful I would go back during the busy months!

Communication with Katerina was straightforward, super friendly and fast. The apartment is equipped as described and is close to many restaurants and bars, but far enough away to not hear any of it at night and sleep peacefully. Our highlight was the breathtaking view of the sea from the spacious balcony and that it is only a few meters to go swimming. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment with two balconies overlooking the sea. We were 5 adults, but the quarry accommodates 5 adults and one child, as there is another baby bed. Bedsand linens are white and clean. Plenty of clothes hangers. Mania kindly provided an umbrella and chairs for the beach for the entire stay. Everything is working and working. WiFi is very good. There is an iron and a laundry board. The hair dryer is very weak and quite old so we couldn't dry our hair with it. We bought extra oil, sugar in the kitchen. Salt and pepper were. Also bought shower gel and soap (it was not in the unit), shampoo and laundry detergent (left for next visitors). Please note that air conditioning is not included in the cost of the reservation, as well as another tax ( for 5 people we paid 13.5 euros.). We saw this a few days before arrival. But we did not use the air conditioning, as it was quite comfortable. The host is very welcoming and friendly. Quickly communicated and resolved all our issues. The sea and the beach are clean
