Family-friendly vacation rentals in Polanica-Zdrój

The house is phenomenal, the photos don't reflect its size, the rooms are spacious, and the bathroom on the ground floor is huge. The decor fits the hunting lodge, it's highly eclectic, but it's also unfriendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, there is no shortage of equipment, you can even bake cake.

The apartment was nice, clean, large with lot's of light and large (shared) terrace. Everything was prepared for us. It's a great location for cycling trips (you can rent the bike there) and there is a lot of space for the skis during the winter. Kitchen was well equipped and I can recommend this place.

The place is beautiful, lots of space and ideally furnished for both families and a group of friends. Great communication with the host, replies to messages within minutes. I can only recommend a place to stay.

Very good stay. The host was very quick to respond and helped us very well during our stay. The cottage has everything you need for a wonderful stay in a beautiful neighborhood.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, beautiful experiences and, above all, flexible arrangement, but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding that the barbecue outside must be notified in advance in the winter, because otherwise it is hidden in the garage, but we arrived at the last minute and it was working. For which we were then thankful. Otherwise, everyone was kind to hand over, and according to the rest, a party of friends, it's perfect. Recommended!

Suitable for large parties. Plenty of rooms and bed, equipped kitchen. Nice environment. The only thing you'd like to invest in a cozy home.

We spent the New Year with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children + dog) in the Cottage Rozarka and had a great time. The house has a large living room, open fireplace, sauna, foosball table and everything we needed. The ski slope was also within walking distance. Conclusion: great place to stay, great communication, helpful owner, highly recommended! Thank you Luboš!

A cozy, small apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A 10-minute walk to the market. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Communicative host.

The house is in a quiet area, but very close to the spa center. We had no problems finding it or getting in. Two large cars fit easily on the property. Upstairs 4 comfortable bedrooms with balconies, a large bathroom with a bathtub and a balcony and a seating area. At the bottom there is an additional toilet, a large kitchen, a well-equipped, large glass living room, a very large terrace partly covered and a utility area available to guests. Oak floors and stairs throughout the house. The garden around the house, you can see mostly greenery through all the windows. Technical issues (there were at most two) resolved immediately. Contacting the owner flawlessly. We were very happy. Recommended!

Large, bright space (a few blackout curtains for the windows would be very nice). For Czech terms, a modern kitchen and bathroom. The owners of the house (Martin and his wife) did the laundry for us for free and were really very friendly. Communication was via Google translate, very convenient. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in the area for adolescents. Occasionally you will have noise from the pub below the property or smoke smell. The beds lay very well. And the shower was spacious and bright. The host (Ondrej) gave a nice tip for the area. Good coffee can be found in the square at hotel Praha!

Cottage Marty is located at the end of Rokytnice and is a true oasis of peace. But it's very easy to access. It offers a large space "to the enclosure" both inside the cottage and outside :) For a stay with children, it is an ideal accommodation - there are lots of toys and a place to play in the cottage. Indoor facilities are sufficient. Marta and her colleague, with whom we communicated on the spot, were very welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend for those who want to relax in the outdoors with children (but also without them).

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

Everything was fine, nice cottage with everything you would need. 100% equipped, plenty of everything. When you arrive, flooded. Great relaxation on the furnace. In one of the rooms, instead of a kitchenette, but in the end, we were less, so it didn't matter. We'll be back to try other times of year.

It was a very short stay, just for one night. We found no problem, we parked right next to the building. We arrived on a cold evening and we were welcomed by the coolness of the apartment. Luckily, after a few hours of turning on the heating, although it got warm at night. The apartment had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay. :)

Great communication with the owner who is very helpful and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and in a perfect location. There is a lot of space in the house. The place is amazing. We were there in winter, so we were mostly inside. The place is VERY spacious. It can fit 12 people and you wouldn't have to bump into anyone the whole day if you didn't want to. It has a very nice, classical style, and sort of mysterious vibe about it :). We loved it. Also the nature around is beautiful, so perfect for walks / bikes / trips.

Lenka’s chalupa is one of those places you feel grateful to be able to spend a few days in. So much attention to detail.
