We had a great stay at Niresh's apartment. It is exactly as described and as the photos show. The apartment is very well furnished and very clean. Niresh was very responsive to any queries or issues and the building's management were quick to resolve a plumbing issue and some noise from the flat above. The balcony view is great for sunset and we were lucky to enjoy a view of the Colombo fireworks for New Year. My only suggestion for improvement would be some balcony furniture. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend the apartment.

Loved the place the view was amazing .. h can watch the sun rise and sun set from your bedroom .. will always keep going .. loved evey min there .. security is extemly good and the caretaker lady was very sweet ..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

Amiable hosts, Rangit and Kusal are very supportive in all manners. Pros - 1. Private and calm neighbors 2. Security officers are around the corner in night (We parked two of our cars away from the home, nothing to complain) 3. Clean and comfy bedrooms (Owners asked us to change bed linen after 7 days, got fresh ones) 4. All listed amnesties were there Cons - 1. Bathrooms need some renovations (Water drains are not working 100%) 2. Water pressure can improve 3. Can add more kitchen utensils (pots an pans and knife....)

Chavinka and Buddhika the co-hosts were absolutely great in every aspect. They think about everything and are always keen to get feedback in order to improve their service. We felt extremely comfortable during our stay.

This place is a pleasant surprise! Located in the outskirts of Bentota, it’s a beach house with a stunning view. This place is duplex, spacious as well as neat & clean. We were a group of 4 and all of us had very positive feedback. Dhanushka was prompt in attending to us while Horsham had been outstanding in going the extra mile helping us out in each and every thing. He served us local home made breakfast on both the days - it is something not to be missed at all. I highly recommend this place to those who are looking to relax for few days or want a base while exploring southern province!

First of all, I want to thank the wonderful landlady Gayani, she did everything to change our stay in Sri Lanka. Very sensitive, kind and caring landlady, we felt at home. One of the best apartments we have visited, an incredibly beautiful place, panoramic windows, the view from the window will delight you every day, birds singing, a great pool and a gym. In real life, the apartments look exactly like in the photos. A little far from the main attractions, but if you love comfort and silence, then these apartments are ideal! We will definitely come again, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Located away from the main road so it was very peaceful and quiet. The master bedroom has air conditioning which was a lifesaver due to how warm Kalutara was during our stay. Other bedrooms have ceiling fans. Overall a very clean and spacious property. Thanks for having us!
