Absolutely amazing place and Elettra is ready with recommendations on everything and also offered to take on one of the trips she talked about. Cheap and really amazing place up on a small mountain. You have to drive to everything, and you don't have to get in a large SUV because the roads are small. Our Volvo XC90 had to back up and give way quite a few times.

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It was a great place to stay with kids and dogs. The location is perfect near the river, walking paths, a playground and restaurants. We loved our stay and highly recommend

Rose and Pier’s picture-perfect villa is a stunning and convenient winter location. We thoroughly enjoyed the charming home and stunning surrounds which was easy to find from Florence and a convenient base for day trips to Chianti and broader Tuscan and Umbrian destinations. We had a couple of issues with the house (outside of the owner’s control) but even though they were travelling abroad themselves, they were responsive and had them rectified promptly. Thank you for our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Sergio was very kind and friendly. Apartment is located in nice neighborhood and walkable to many restaurants and public transport. If you are carrying heavy luggage then keep in mind that you have to walk up narrow staircases. Kitchen and bedrooms are spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight and smaller than I expected but overall we had a good stay.

This place is simply amazing and Simona is probably the best host you can find, she makes you feel like a family friend and not just a guest. She made quite q few recommendations (even after leaving her place) that really made a difference. The house, the restaurant, the staff, the surrounding area, the swimming pool, everything is like coming out of one of those films that makes you want to go to Tuscany, so authentic and aesthetic. All the details are carefully looked after and this place makes you feel exactly as you expect when you choose Tuscany. Thanks a lot Simona, we really enjoyed these days and we expect to come back in the future.

Very good location (just outside the ZTL, traffic-calmed zone) Especially by car super convenient, you should not drive further into the old town and the private parking space in an enclosed courtyard is included in the accommodation. The old town is also within walking distance of restaurants and cafes. The residential area looked clean and secure. The apartment is a good size for two people and a balcony. Basically very satisfied, towards the side street and inside of the building rather clairaudient. Very friendly hostess who responds in a timely manner. I will gladly come back.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

The apartment is very central and is located directly on the beach. Everything necessary is within walking distance. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication with Guglielmo was always straightforward and prompt. His parents - who look after the property - are warm, loving and put a lot of effort into a pleasant stay. We all liked Case del Mare very much and made our vacation on the coast of Tuscany unforgettable. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

Such an amazing place. On the top floor with beautiful views over Siena. Lucia stocked up the refrigerator with water, juice boxes & beer and the cupboards with some light breakfast toasts, jam & Nutella. It was quiet and peaceful, no need for the earplugs we always carry. There are 4 flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit.
