Monthly Rentals in Podi

We spent 2 weeks at Stevan’s place in November - it was really wonderful! A million dollar view + a very comfortable living room/kitchen/dining area and a great balcony outside too to enjoy the warm sun and have breakfast with a view! There were few things we struggled with: 1st - we were not used to walk 2000 steps up and down the stairs every day, so our knees started to hurt after a week, so it’s wise to consider your fitness level for this accommodation. 2d - it was only semi warm in the living room where there is an AC (with heat settings), but in the bedroom it was quite cold in the nights, we used all the covers we could find. But the communication was good, the area is very quiet (it’s like a village here), and the sunrises and sunsets are to die for! so we’d definitely come back again! Thank you 💛

Everything was perfect! Renata is such an amazing host, we felt like home! She was super responsive and friendly. The apartment is great, sparkling clean and well equipped. We loved the sea view from our bedroom. We enjoyed our stay so much! Thanks a lot! :)

We spent the month of January at Jovan's place. Good apartment in a relatively quiet building & area. Everything was spotless! Very comfortable furniture, and the bedding was nice and warm. The area is residential, but there is a grocery store right next door. Walk a few minutes down-hill and you get to a fantastic burger bar! There's a good bakery about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, the people there are very friendly and the bread is good quality. Walk even further to get down toward old-town and the waterfront, where there are tons of restaurants and bars. Overall, we had a very nice time at Jovan's place and would certainly be willing to stay there again if we get back to Herceg Novi.

I had a 10 week stay at Daniel's place in Igalo & had a great time. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a long term stay, with super fast internet + the router is accessible in the apartment which is a requirement for me working from home. The apartment is located up the hill about 15/20 minutes walk from the sea front which provides an amazing unobstructed view of the bay of Kotor so you will daily enjoy the stunning views from the balcony. Some of the furnishing may be considered quite dated (tho I found them charming) and the bathroom is newly furnished. Although it was just me, there was the option that my brother's family to visit during my stay and at a push we would have been able to sleep up to five people. In the building nextdoor, you have a supermarket & gym which is well priced. Daniel & Zorana were quick, friendly + supportive on the rare occasions I needed anything. Cannot recommend enough & I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
