Monthly Rentals in Pocopson Township

The cottage is as described. It is in a quiet area; I did not hear the neighbors much at all, nor the cars on the road. I stayed during early June, so the heat wasn't as hot as it might get in August, but the cottage was consistently about 10-15 degrees cooler than the outside. The AC unit in the bedroom cooled that room quickly. Overall, a fine spot to stay for a while if you're checking out Kennett Square or the surrounding area.

Everything was fine actually, the arrival, the stay and finally my departure. Natalie was always attentive to any query, the space was in perfect order, well cared for and pleasant. I would recommend it without a doubt!

Beautiful property! Everything was exactly how Peter described and was in clean and organized condition upon arrival.

The house was very clean and well -stocked with most of the items you would need for an extended stay. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. West Chester was a great area with plenty of things to do and places to eat. The proximity to the University made it a little busy traffic-wise but not overly so. We loved that a herd of deer regularly bedded down or walked through the back yard.
