Peter was an amazing host and treated everyone to a wonderful weekend. He was extremely responsive and helpful when answering any questions we had and really made everyone feel right at home! He was kind enough to show us around the farm and the landscape of his property was just stunning. Hassle-free check in and the location is so close to many fun activities in town. I would like to thank Peter for his stellar hospitality and would suggest this location to anyone looking for a peaceful, homey spot that is still close enough to town for fun, late-night activities. Two thumbs up and 5 stars!!

We had a great stay at Becky and Dave's place! The location is great - nice balance of convenience (near to town) with being in the country with a nice walking trail nearby. The space is very comfortable, with all the amenities one might need. It was also refreshing and appreciated to not have big instruction / to-do list! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as keyless entry (no need to keep track of keys) and having a readily available HDMI hookup for connecting your favorite streaming device. Parking and check-in instructions very clear and convenient. Recommended!

Anne and Mark's cottage is a very special place. We were impressed with the creative repurposing of an old building, it demonstrates a clever use of space and offers a relaxing and cosy interior design. The location has the best of both worlds, you feel like you are miles away from the madness of humanity but you can get to restaurants and shops in a few minutes. Close by is Giant, a fantastic supermarket for ingredients to cook your own meals or find anything you're missing. The cottage is very close to Longwood Gardens, Winterthur and Mount Cuba gardens. Anne and Mark are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is a real treasure in the Brandywine Valley.

The room and amenities were practical and user friendly. We had plenty if family plans so we needed a clean simple place to rest and refresh. Our brief conversations with the hostess and her husband were relatable.
