Monthly Rentals in Playa del Carmen

Lucia is a host of 10, she was attentive to us at all times even giving us the opportunity to enter the apartment earlier. The apartment has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach a couple of minutes walk away, and is very well equipped.

I stayed 1 month over Christmas and New Year at this perfect place for me right on the beach promenade. Even though the apartment is not located on the sunny sea side and therefore a little shaded, it had everything I needed to feel very good, very at home and very relaxed. And as soon as you step out the front door, you're on the promenade. Fantastic! Along the beach there is a number of nice cafes and restaurants, also the old town has its charm. All in all, the ideal winter home for me. Very special thanks to Raúl, who contributed to my beautiful time there with his uncomplicated, helpful, high communication and above all warm manner in every way!

Very clean and cozy apartment, very well located with everything accessible. The windows isolate very well. It is very good place for a few days of relaxation and rest. You have everything by hand, Supermarkets and restaurants.

we chose the apartment to be on the water- 2 nights free street parking and last night free at the nearby Lighthouse. all in all a great stay!!!
