The condominium and apartment are in excellent condition, well cared for and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. A real pleasure to reach such a place. The kitchen is very well equipped, with an excellent refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, filtered coffee maker and more. TVs have streaming apps enabled (I used Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Disney+ seamlessly), and the sound equipment is of a very good quality. The décor and furnishings create a cozy feel. The condominium works immaculately, with operational facilities, well-maintained pools and a handy restaurant. Some details to consider: Parking is somewhat fair (Toyota Rav4 with 20 cm margin per side). There are more people on the weekends, but the control of use in the family pool allows rotation and good access. I highlight the communication with Giancarlo, always attentive and quick to respond. In short, an excellent stay in a beautiful location.

The house and everything offered in the description was as is, a very nice house, from start to finish I felt like in my own house, it has everything, absolutely everything to make you comfortable. I would stay again again without thinking.

Amazing place to spend a few days relaxing. Plus, Beatriz is super attentive to any needs. The house is really well-equipped and has everything you need to just enjoy. Markets are less than 10 minutes away. Definitely a highly recommended spot to enjoy with friends or family.

A highly recommended place, with all the amenities mentioned. The manager María Paula, was always attentive and provided accurate information, as well as solved some difficulties that were presented with the water. It is a cozy place to spend with the whole family and perfect for children to have fun.

I am a regular AIRBNB client and here we found what we were looking for, a quiet and friendly atmosphere, the children had fun and the adults we met interesting places, the beach was very close and the Lurin market was a pleasant surprise.

Great location, the beach a stone's throw away and if not, a pool at home. The comfortable rooms and the spacious spaces. We had a very nice time. Nelson is very friendly, very clear information and very quick coordination. We're definitely going to want to come back!

We were delighted with the Milagros duplex! Very well distributed and with everything you need to make our stay a pleasant one. Perfect for spending a few days with the family. Beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. The internet connection is good, ideal for remote work. It's a bonus to be able to bring our pets. Milagros is very nice and always helpful. It gave us all the information we needed. We'll definitely be back!

Everything is fine, a condominium with all the services, complete market and restaurant with very good prices. The only thing to improve is the service of the lady who gave us the keys and who was supposed to be the cleaner. I do not warn us that bracelets were needed for the pool and were in a drawer in the hall so we had to come back up and did not put trash bags that was also nothing that could not be fixed. In short, it was 4 very pleasant days and we would definitely come back.

The vistas through all the tall glass doors are fantastic. The floorplan is open, allowing a nice breeze. The kitchen is well equipped. Potable water was provided. There was plenty of toilet paper. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching the bay. We really enjoyed our stay here.
