Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa Caballeros

We rent the 1st floor, perfect for us. The photos match what was offered, nice house, comfortable, it has everything you need to spend days as a family ,the beach in front, also places to eat, buy what you need, walk quiet. The beach is cleaned when users retire, the other day clean and umbrellas and chairs are rented, there is food sale, perfect! Marco excellent, friendly, with clear instructions and willing to support if needed. we are going to recommend to our friends and we want to come back to rent the second floor which is for 9 people. Recommended!

Enrique was very friendly and communicative from the first contact, the atmosphere is quite good and it is just like the photographs. Everything was very clean and good distribution. Recommended!

It was very friendly, and the place was super based on price-quality, although I recommend it more to couples, in our case we only had a slight problem with the check-out because I had a confusion but happily we were able to do it without problems afterwards, thank you! 🙌🏼

I really liked the location, you can see the sunset from a balcony with the entire ocean view and enjoy with the family. The facilities have what we are looking for for a quiet weekend out of lima; everything very comfortable on the dpto with the equipment to our availability. It was a great weekend.

We had an excellent experience! The accommodation is very nice, spacious and cozy, ideal to rest and enjoy. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. In addition, the building has an elevator, which made our stay more comfortable. The hosts were very kind and helpful at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back without hesitation!

The place was exactly as depicted in the pictures and the Host was very reliable and easy to communicate with. It was a great place to stay for New Year’s holidays.

The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few relaxing days with family or friends , the pool is the soul of the house , clean , spacious , everything perfect , recommended , you have convenience store nearby , marine restaurants if you want and bread with chicharrón to eat at breakfast very close and rich .

Roberto is a wonderful host, and his place is truly a hidden gem in Lima! He kindly waited for me outside upon arrival and even helped carry my luggage upstairs. He's incredibly friendly and welcoming. The patio is just as described — the sunset and ocean views are absolutely stunning. The house is located in a secure area with guards at the gate, so I felt very safe throughout my stay. The Airbnb has a private entrance, though it shares the main outer door with Roberto's home. I actually really appreciated this setup — it gave me the feeling of living among locals while still having my own independent, undisturbed space. The only thing I wish I had known beforehand is that the beach proximity comes with some noise on Sundays — it sounded like beach parties with loud music. Thankfully, it quieted down around 9 PM and remained peaceful and tranquil starting Monday. Despite that minor detail, I highly recommend Roberto’s place and would definitely stay here again!

The stay was excellent, everything was very comfortable, clean and the apartment was well equipped. Carolina and Alejandro were very helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our days there, we felt right at home and we were very close to a very good restaurant from where we had an incredible view! I highly recommend it.

The apartment was perfect for our family trip. The building had an amazing restaurant and pool. It was lots of fun for adults and kids. Also amazing location near to San Bartolo Beach, restaurants and "el Pueblo". Mario was a great host, always answering our questions rapidly. Highly recommended.
