Luxury Penthouse Best Ocean Views Pools BBQ Maid

The place is spacious, comfortable, and squeaky clean, with ocean views and a wonderful terrace. The penthouse had everything we needed to make our six night stay perfect. It's just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and bars (but without any of the noise), pharmacy, shops, and in the other direction just one minute walk to a well stocked mini-market. Jose is one of the most helpful, proactive, and responsive hosts we've ever met. Some of the features we especially appreciated were the many full bathrooms so we could all shower at the same time, the nice pool and hot tub (can be heated if you ask) in the complex's private courtyard, the secure parking lot for the car we rented and for airport taxi drop off and pick up, and the nearly silent yet powerful air-conditioning, though most of the time the ocean breeze was enough to keep us cool. Highly recommended!

This property is in a very nice, quiet location, & on the beach. Description was accurate. It was clean and spacious, we were a family of 5. The host communicated clearly , quick and took the time to answer all of my questions. unit is on the 3rd fl- there is an elevator if needed. There is a restaurant on the property-staff was friendly and the food was great. it is a short drive to center of town of Las Terrenas. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The place was spotless, super well-maintained, and felt really safe with security guards around. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus! On top of that, the host was fantastic—always checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Honestly, it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Villa Nony at Portillo Beach (4 brs).

Where to start? This place is magical. This was the last part of our 10 day tour of the country. We surely saved the best for last. I truly felt transported to paradise in this place. It felt super safe and I was finally able to really relax and not be on "high alert" at all times. The house is perfect. It's cozy and super clean with a great outdoor space. It literally is a one minute walk to the beach. When you get to the beach... it's amazing. I did NOT think it would be that nice. So clean, clear waters, soft sand. The staff?! I'm starting to sound like paid person or something but I cannot express how wonderful our stay was. The staff was the best most sweetest and helpful staff you could ever want. They were delighted to serve and eager to please. I wished we could have stayed another 5 days here but it's ok because I'll be back as soon as I can! Rita and her team (Luis, Melvin, Magda and Andrea) are next level!

A slice of heaven in Las Terrenas! This place combines natural beauty, comfort, and tranquility into one place. All its spaces are cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. The setting is simply spectacular: surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views and an atmosphere of total peace. Also, it's easy to access, which makes it ideal for both a quick getaway and a longer stay. Definitely a perfect corner to disconnect and recharge alone or as a family. Best of all, the hostess. Attentive, sweet and always ready to respond with great kindness, it makes you feel at home even before you arrive. Your warmth and hospitality make a difference. If you're looking for a place that has it all in a single space (a refreshing pool, access to a dreamy beach, areas for entertainment, absolute peace, total comfort, and lots of fun) this place is just perfect. I recommend 100%!

The project is very well located, the restaurant food is delicious (the pizzas 10/10). The apartment is super spacious, very well equipped. The extra maid service 10/10. Our super diligent host, at all times available. Definitely a place I would visit again.

I went with a group of friends and the photos don't do the place justice. Too quiet, private, spacious and beautiful. 100% recommended, Mr. Michel welcomed us and was very kind. And about the stay we have no complaints. The house is super equipped and furnished. All you need at your fingertips.
