Vacation rentals with a pool in Playa Alicia

Great location and beautiful villas. Villa 3 was most beautiful and perfect for my group of family members. The chefs were amazing and extremely nice and easy to work with. Only thing that sucked was first night power went out and no rooms has AC for a handful of hours so we didn’t get to rest much but other then that is 100% come here again!

Went for a bachelor party, the villa didn't disappoint and it met all our expectations - for a group of 10.

Visit D.R. to visit family every few months & this place stood out! Will be staying and recommending this place. Stayed here for 2 weeks and looking forward to staying longer next time. Peaceful, quaint and very large with all amenities felt like I didn’t even leave home.

Listing is exactly as described, it’s perfectly located in front of the pool and has the perfect view to the beach. The beach is at at a walking distance and has anything you need close by. The place has 5 bedrooms, so it’s perfect for family and friends who want to spend a very nice weekend together at the beach. Lina is always responsive to any requests we made. I recently stayed at Aneta's Airbnb and had a wonderful experience. The home was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the location was convenient for local attractions and dining. Aneta was incredibly hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to staying again!

Excellent location in a central area, close to the main supermarkets and historical centers of the city, in terms of the house, very comfortable and spacious, definitely worth it.

The place was well-equipped, cozy, and perfect for a stay with a small child. We were excited when we arrived and almost extended our stay. The apartment was perfectly prepared, thought out, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day. Unfortunately we could hear heavy rumbling and bass every night from several directions, probably from cars parking by the beach. It was disruptive and difficult to sleep on. We were disappointed with the beach, where we could walk – it was soiled and not suitable for small children. Walking barefoot was not safe due to trash in sand. Overall, I would recommend the place for beautiful amenities and comfort, but if you're looking for peace and clean surroundings, it's a good idea to count on these factors.

2nd visit to Giovanni’s place and always amazed by the excellent service and clean condo/penthouse. Magical location with comfort for all guests with amazing landscapes and incredible rooftop deck. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Sosua/Cabarete. I will return again soon for the 3rd time. Thank you Gio!
